Where you able to get any of your properties with seller financing? Curious if you think your leads would be interested in that option. Really appreciate this video, the value is great man.
You got me on the fence on this course. $299/m is pricey but I might just pay it for the info 😆 If it ever comes down to 99/m I’ll for sure do it. I’m in California and I think the out of state real estate is appropriate for investors, or in red states. Too much protection in California for people who don’t pay their bills. I started your videos from the first and I’ll get to the finish sooner or later
OK and your video at timestamp for 17 you say if you know if you’re buying a B neighborhood can you tell me how you can break it down from a to B to see what would classify as a B or C neighborhoods do you have a video breaking that down
@David Chandler Smith i have never bought a multi unit before. I have an owner of a 5 unit telling to make him an offer when I did the owner oh no. I need at least 10 x the gross rent. A realtor told him not to sell for less. It seems a bit much. His gross rent is 90k a year I came in at 650k. I'm I off or is the seller off? Thank you
Is there a website that I could pull up in my local neighborhood that will show me a graph of a BNC neighborhoods are zoning is it broke down like that
Hi Chandler. Love your videos man. I am looking to purchase my first rental property. I've found a cool 21 unit in a good neighborhood. It's already occupied and produces a decent amount of income. What do you think about buying tenant occupied rental properties?

You Cold Broo!!! Four 4-plexes in 1 Month... All different owners🥶
Getting a loan today sucks. 25% down with rates at almost 7% and properties still asking at low rate prices
Way to pitchy... repsect the hustle, but man
Yea come on now.
Great video Chandler! For financing, do you recommend a bank or a credit union? How about online lenders like Rocket Mortgage?
Wow thats my dream. Congrats.

Hello Chandler, downloaded your app! Actually found it from Dion Talk channel. Any video tutorials on how you use it step by step? Thank you!
You should do a video on how to raise rents

What do you think about buying tenant occupied rental properties?
Are you using a realtor as the buyer or are these FSBO and have a law firm assist with contracts/purchase agreements?
Is the landlord responsible to pay the water for fourplex property?
Thanks Chandler. I’ve purchased your course a year or so ago. Updates to it like you mentioned will be accessible to us?
They already are
Is the course worth the money?
