    Mike Evans saying we need to keep giving him the ball despite only having 1 catch in thr superbowl shows how much of great team mate he is ... unbelievable how this team gelled together after week 12

      Mike Evan's doesn't even want to get paid top WR money, he rather take a pay cut so other players can join. I hope the Bucs treat him right and he retires a Buccaneer.

      @@awesomebeast7509 We knew how Good Mike Evans is as the numbers speak for themselves as he's the first receiver in the history of the NFL to have 1,000 yards receiving in his first 7 years in the NFL (One of the few records Jerry Rice doesn't own) but now Mike Evans is a Champion with the Tom Brady, now those numbers become even more appreciated. He doesn't need to be the highest paid to prove his worth because Brady and the rest of his teammates know how important Mike Evans is to the team.

    • @Miller2h41

      Just like Brady, Mike Evans is a selfless player because once they started to win and he was still being the same productive player in the previous 6 years then it started to click. As you mentioned, it started in Week 12 as they started to figure some things out then after the bye week came they really came together.

    • @Miller2h41
      @Miller2h41 3 роки тому +18

      This reminded me of 2001 with the Greatest Show on Turf. When the Patriots played the Rams in Week 10 of that season, they figured some things out on and just like the Bucs did this 2020 season after Week 12, the Patriots didn't lose another game the rest of that 2001 Season as they won Super Bowl XXXVI. There are some eerie parallels if you look deep into like how the Rams were 14 - 2 as were the chiefs this season, both were 8-0 on the road, and Brady was the underdog in both Super Bowls because so many thought this was a coronation for the chiefs just like the Rams back in 01 and this goes to show why we watch the game.

    • @Miller2h41
      @Miller2h41 3 роки тому +6

      @Paul Kelly Go back to 2001 because this has some eerie resemblance to this one. The chiefs were 14 - 2 as were the Greatest Show on Turf that season, they (2020 chiefs & 2001 Rams) were both 8-0 on the road, and lastly Brady was the underdog in both Super Bowls because everyone thought Super Bowl LV was a coronation for the chiefs just like the Rams back in Super Bowl XXXVI. Looks like History repeated itself.

      For real, everyone wants to say that tbs defense won that game, but the entire team slaughtered kc. Brady made kc's defense look like highschoolers for part of the game, fournette ran all over kc and they clearly were afraid to tackle him, their o-line gave brady a clean pocket, the dline ate up kc's oline all game, the linebackers were doing great covering the middle of the field, corners were hardly giving up an inch and the safeties were disciplined and stayed deep to ensure no one got behind them. The entire team earned their rings.

He has happily accepted his new role as the veteran backup running back but im sure he was wishing to get at least one play on the field this superbowl. Nonetheless im glad hes getting another ring , he did have a few rushes and catches in the regular season and even got 3 snaps in the playoffs. Im just glad hes accepted his new role because alot of people trolling him but ill always mess with shady.
