Brady has that effect on several teams. Several teams were slated to be a dynasty and go on nice lil runs, then they lose to Brady and those teams are never the same. Seattle was on a great run with dynasty talk all the buzz.. Then Brady wins superbowl and boom, Seattle is never the same afterward. Kansas City was on a great run with dynasty talk all the buzz.. Then Brady wins superbowl and boom, Kansas is never the same afterward. That's just the 2nd half of his career, there's teams from early Brady that suffered the same fate too. It's also crazy how many Qbs are on different teams 2-3 years after losing to Brady in big games.
@@bennypit4411 I like Brady and the Patriots, but I'm not sure Kansas City belongs here. The Chiefs lost to Brady, Belichick and the Patriots in the 2018 season playoffs, but then Kansas City won the Super Bowl in the 2019 season. I'm aware the next season Brady and the Buccaneers beat the Chiefs in the 2020 SB, but KC got back to the AFC Championship game in the 2021 playoffs and now we'll see what happens next. Point is, some times Brady's team wins and sometimes other teams win and it goes back and forth, and it's too early to tell about the Chiefs who are probably still very good. Also if the Chiefs do slide, remember things change in the NFL pretty fast and it's very hard for any team to remain a championship contender for a long time. Many teams rise and fall quickly due to injuries, salary cap, free agency, age, culture, etc. If a team does contend for a while, it's usually due to strong consistency at quarterback, head coach and front office. So to that end, Brady deserves all the credit he gets, and by the same token, Patrick Mahomes can perhaps keep the Chiefs in strong contention for several more years.
Jalen Ramsey talking trash to Brady right before the start of the game . What a pleasure to see his face in ITW after the game haha. Big mouth, low production on the field when it mattered .
That PI call was right. He didn’t look back until after he had pushed cook out of bounds. I don’t think I would’ve called it because I’m a defensive guy but it was PI
tartarus216 Those aren’t Hail Marys he’s throwing. . .a Hail Mary is when you throw it and hope one of your teammates catches it. Brady knows exactly who he is throwing to.

lol I love the salty comments. Against the Falcons: They should have kept their foot on the gas Against the Seahawks: They should have run the ball Against the Jags: the refs won the game for the patriots The excuses are endless
You could just as easily say if not for Tyree and Manningham that Brady would have 7 Superbowls. Don't know why people continually try to degrade the Pats Superbowl victories. They should just appreciate that they got to witness the greatest and longest dynasty in NFL history. We'll probably never see the Pats like again.
I Do Coke cause people cant understand that some teams are better then there team and when you win so much you just pile on haters nobody wants to see you win everyone likes to see you fail. Patriots are the best in the nfl and there records prove it.
the falcons and seahawks are just people being critical of why those teams lost, they both had a chance of winning, but blew it with bad playcalling, thats a reason for losing, not an excuse, they got outplayed. The jags is a straight up excuse though learn the difference.
Interestingly, New England has played and defeated Jacksonville in the playoffs 4 times (1996, 2005, 2007, 2017). In 3 of those years, NE made it to the super bowl, however they went on to lose all of them.
The hardest thing that Tom Brady has ever done is beat that Seahawks defense in the Superbowl. They were a great defense. That was one of the best games I ever saw.
Alex Garcia First off, it’s “lose,” “loose” means to untighten something while “lose” means you don’t win. Oh bullshit. If you believe the words of Ramsey, I’ve got beautiful condos out in Miami, Florida for sale for less than $300. Just need your credit card info & SSN.
Nathaniel Hackett having a top 5 offense with Bortles at QB is nothing short of miraculous. Also had an incredible gameplan and excellent play calls this game. He’s done a great job last two seasons as OC with GB too
I have watched five times now the infamous "pass interference" play. How do people even suggest it was questionable? He was very clearly pushed out of bounds.
Nah that’s what happens when you play mediocre offenses like the Jags and Titans but when they ran into the eagles who had a QB who could actually throw and an elite offense, elite coach, and elite team they lost. #Fly Eagles Fly Super Bowl 52 Champions!
@@semionjohnson1351 Which you conveniently left out - Brady's Super Bowl record 505 yards passing (also second highest amount in playoff history) Nice to see you won a Super Bowl since Neil Armstrong was on the moon but The Pats are in it every year/see you in 60 years *LMAO*
If Cooks didn't go out of bounds it would've been cooks fault for sure, even the Replay shows him being pushed out but, the Jags really wanted that win. The jags were playing dirty against Gronk the whole game (like every other teams does) and they Call a penalty ONE time. Still a good game played by both sides!
I dont know about that; while the ball is in the air, the receiver AND the defender has the same right to the position on the field as the receiver. So running into his position, even if you run into him, again, while the ball is in the air, is perfectly legal. (i was going for the pats)
@@HereIsWisdom1318 The only reason the defender made an attempt to look for the ball is because Cooks already tried to make his move on it and was clearly impeded by the defender.
When the Patriots created this dynasty with these incredible players not one particular hero they were a team they were an absolute pleasure to watch. I doubt their achievements as a team will ever be matched
GOAT status further cemented. The most clutch, and best come from behind winner in all of sports history. Even Brady haters can't deny. After performances like this and the Super Bowl against the Falcons, there's just no question who you want on your team when your team is behind in the fourth quarter.
I know people say it all the time, but NFL films may be one of the best film production companies in the world. From the music, to the editing and the voice-over, these videos are never a disappointment.

Been watching the NFL since '83 and have seen some crazy stuff, but the Pats (who were the AFC laughing stock when I was a kid) have created a monster that you rarely see in any sport that has a CAP, soccer is different as it's just a case of 'I've got more $ than you' and you win, but to do this in a sport with a CAP & in a FREE AGENCY era is a remarkable feat. It's not just Brady or Bilicheck, it's the whole franchise, they are the Apple of the NFL, everyone knows their job and does it big time. I'm a Raider, but I'd like to see Brady get his 6th and cement what has been an amazing sporting journey.
This dynasty has/was already been Cemented. It was cemented already a decade ago when they won there 3rd Super Bowl in 4 years. They just keep adding to the dynasty with more Superbowl Appearances & Wins. They have 6 Rings, 18 straight winning seasons, 8 straight Conferences Championship Appearances, and 3 Straight Superbowl Appearances:)
A Cowboys fan but above all I'm a football fan and I have come to admire Tom Brady for his poise and determination to be the best, really a special player that when its all said and done he will be remembered as one of the greats and I can't wait to see him in SB LII. Above the hate and speculation we are truly watching greatness unfold.
That’s probably the reason it is forgotten. Also the 2017 Jaguars are a really strange one year wonder anomaly that seem to have already been lost to the annals of history. This will probably have the same legacy as the “forgotten classic” NFC championship between San Francisco and Washington in the 80s. Remembered most by fans of the teams and less by the general public
Pats were holding on literally every play. It's easy to negate a pass rush when you KNOW the refs aren't going to call holding. Pats fans are so delusional.
AJ has the right to his space. He wasn't shoving anyone. The receiver was shoving himself by not getting separation. Defenders do this on virtually every downfield play, force receivers toward the sideline to make the throw more difficult. There was some hand fighting from both of them but nothing out of the ordinary.
They are the least penalized team every year that's not coincidentally. Back pocket. Look at the amount of games where the difference was a penalty. No other game came down to it but NE. Name one other organization that could get CAUGHT BREAKING RULES AND NONE of their records has been erased when they should. Saints are paying for bounty gate still.

I remember this and the Seahawks Super Bowl as very similar. The Pats couldn't BUY a play all game in either game. But the defense just kept shutting down the run, kept making Blake Bortles try to beat them through the air (or in the case of Seattle keep making Russel Wilson beat them in the air), and had faith that Brady and Belichick would figure out a way to score 2 or 3 times before time ran out. Sure enough in both games they did just that. To be able to gameplan around the faith you have in the football IQ of your HC and QB like that is BANANAS to me, and speaks volumes to how that duo was just on another level in this 5ish year stretch. Also im fully aware the Seattle super bowl played out a little different lol. More just pointing out the similarity in how the team trusted this offense to squeeze water from a rock and they found a way to do exactly that.
I was at a popular sports bar (PJ Whelihans) in Pennsylvania during this game with my friends who all hate the Patriots, the only ones wearing Patriots jerseys were I and a teacher of mine from HS who happened to be at the table over with her family. The entire game random strangers yelled at and taunted us from their tables/barstools the entire game, and I just sat there quietly smiling, drinking my beer and watching the game and she kept looking over at me and smiling at me giving thumbs up, and eventually when the patriots started to get hot, she approached the table and proclaimed that Brady was going to make a comeback and that the entire sports bar would eat their words. Well after watching this, you all know what happened, you can only imagine the silence in that building when the patriots won, i stood up and looked around staring down all those who taunted me smiling and yelled out asking "why did everyone get so quiet? Dont you all have more to say to us Patriots fans about the game?" and then my old teacher ran over and hugged me while her husband and all his patriots hating friends stared angrily lol, while everyone else hung their head muttering under their breasth looking pissed and salty and many began clearing out the sports bar. Just one of the many times I had the last laugh as a Patriots fan, you should have seen my SB viewing party for the Faclons/Patriots SB
New England was just the better team. I won’t deny that Jacksonville was a great football team with many star talents, but the Patriots were better and it showed here. -An Eagles Fan
LMAO how did he force him out when he didn't use his hands to push him out? They were both doing a bit of hand fighting and it was Cooks fault for running his deep route so close to the sideline; giving himself no room to even make a catch attempt. It was perfect coverage... textbook.
Ok, so I'm a non-US Pats fan so I understand that anything I say would be taken with a pinch of salt, but every time I come back to this video I immediately think before the flag is thrown that it was a blatant PI.
19:12 Bill is absolutely hilarious, the Patriots just scored a touchdown that could win them the game and everyone is celebrating but Bill is just standing there with his normal frown.
Amendola and Brady had great chemistry, even though there's many players on the field, the connection between a QB and a receiver is the critical connection every winning team has and needs.
*Patriots have played in the AFC Championship 13 times and won it 9 times during the Belichick/Brady era of the last 17 years ; they have also won 6 out of 9 Superbowls in the same time frame. Pls, think about that for a second. No other team (not even the 49ers with Montana) have had that sort of insane record. That is NOT luck! If you're hating on Brady and the Patriots, you're just a bitter sore loser. Brady is the GOAT and Belichick is the best coach ever. You cannot refute consistent stats and results.*
Peyton's the GOAT. Statistically superior to Brady in the regular and postseason. On top of that, Brady has never been to the SB without a top 8 defense, except for in 2011 when he lost. Brady is phenomenal but not as great as Manning. Manning had more air yards, and was phenomenal with a noodle arm and his mind alone.
For those blaming the refs: That PI call was 100% correct. Yes, he got his head around but just before that he drove him out while facing the receiver despite being in phase. On the fumble play, he had it pinned on his hip. It was definitely a fumble don’t get me wrong! All I’m saying is that it wasn’t clear enough to 100% go either way. U can’t really blame the refs for that. Even if the fumble was a “bad call”, it’s still one play. U can’t blame one play for a whole game. Sports are about battling through adversity. The patriots battled through adversity better than the Jags did. Ex: Brady’s hand, Gronk being out, defense struggling to stop the Jags offensive schemes.
Tom Brady's been in the playoffs for TWENTY consecutive years. That's longer than most NFL careers - very few players have ever known a post-season that didn't include Brady.
pride893 but that wasn't pass inference cook grabbed him by his Jersey first! they were arm tackling my own football team be arm tackling and we get yelled at but that's why they lost

Jaguars been my favorite team since they came into the league but this game sums them up perfectly. I know I will never see them win the super bowl let alone watch them play in it in my life time. Sad to be a fan.
11:08 He was touched, since everyone cares so much about possession, he had possession as he was touched. He was down. And for the pass interference call, a blind man could see the pass interference. Do I think that they should've called pi for Cooks too? Yes. But don't say that that wasn't pi.
Looked like clear PI to me. Cooks had his head turned around and and the defender never looked back. The defender has a right to the ball but he never played the ball he was just aiming to push him out of bounds. Also he had Cooks arm hooked when Cooks turned around. Clear PI not sure what the fuss is.
@@albieoval1657 The worst part is how they didn't blow the whistle when Jack went to the ground. They blew the whistle after Jack stood up and started running toward the end zone.
This Jags defense might be dominated but let us not forget they gave up 40 points to Tom Brady's backup in week 16 who was playing for a shitty 49ers team and also 40 pts to Pittsburgh and almost lost to the Bills in Wildcard weekend if it wasn't for Nathan Peterman being Nathan Peterman. The most dominated Defense Brady probably play against in playoffs games has to be the 2005 Broncos, 2007 Giants, 2009 Ravens, 2010 Jets, 2011 Giants and 2015 Broncos. Why because in the playoffs he got humiliated, exposed and loss to these teams. What did these teams do that the Jags couldn't, they pressure Brady continuously all game and never allowed him to truly get in rythm. It's not an easy task especially with someone as smart as Tom Brady. Props to him for getting to that 8th super bowl. One of the greatest to ever play.
Jake DeVellis, agree i think even Ray Lewis mention it. When Baltimore beat the pats 33-14 in that wild card game in 2009 and in the 2012 AFC title game. Ray said something about taking Brady out of his comfort zone. Most of their pressure came from the middle where he didn't expect it. Something along that line.
He played well against the 2011 Giants, and again vs the 2010 Jets, 2015 Broncos his O-line was shambles so he got pressured in an insane amount of a clip in that game but almost pulled through.
Amazing video! When the screen was black and the narrator said, "The night is always darkest before the dawn," then the red and blue confetti started coming in when he finishes gives me goosebumps!

He is a Dynasty Killer, Rams, Seattle, Kansas City, Atlanta
The Jag's taunting Brady as he came out for final warm-ups........!!!!

Against the Falcons: They should have kept their foot on the gas
Against the Seahawks: They should have run the ball
Against the Jags: the refs won the game for the patriots
The excuses are endless
You could just as easily say if not for Tyree and Manningham that Brady would have 7 Superbowls. Don't know why people continually try to degrade the Pats Superbowl victories. They should just appreciate that they got to witness the greatest and longest dynasty in NFL history. We'll probably never see the Pats like again.

the refs didn't win the game for the patriots but they most certainly had an impact.
referees non calls did benefit the patriots, to say otherwise is being in denial.
the falcons and seahawks are just people being critical of why those teams lost, they both had a chance of winning, but blew it with bad playcalling, thats a reason for losing, not an excuse, they got outplayed. The jags is a straight up excuse though

Nobody seems to remember that the season before that, when the pats and jags met, it ended 57-10 in favor of the patriots.
Cubertral I’ll never forget that game lol
Before this game, the Pats and Jags had played 11 games. The Pats won 10 of them.
Interestingly, New England has played and defeated Jacksonville in the playoffs 4 times (1996, 2005, 2007, 2017). In 3 of those years, NE made it to the super bowl, however they went on to lose all of them.
How do you know that nobody remembers that?

Thank you! That was clearly pass interference.
Tom Brady would go on to play the Superbowl, but this was the last game the Patriots defense would play that year.

it dosent matter if Cooks was looking back for the ball, you cant drive a receiver out of bounds like that, its pass interference. Ramsey is so stupid

Malcolm Butler plays and they win the Super bowl.
I still haven’t forgiven Belichick for not playing Butler. We would’ve won if he’d played.

Pretty accurate, being a patriot is synonymous with cheating
I love all the crying about the blatant penalties. Hey AJ, maybe don't shove receivers out of bounds before the ball gets there.
Pats were holding on literally every play. It's easy to negate a pass rush when you KNOW the refs aren't going to call holding. Pats fans are so delusional.
Why don't you and your fans stay humble for once? The Eagles are going to punish Brady, i can't wait.
jags icon, lmfaooo

You don’t mess with family.
LMAO how did he force him out when he didn't use his hands to push him out? They were both doing a bit of hand fighting and it was Cooks fault for running his deep route so close to the sideline; giving himself no room to even make a catch attempt. It was perfect coverage... textbook.

@@Bwwe82090 Why bring up Peyton Manning?
@@JustinStrife I was just saying he's one of the greatest too.
For those blaming the refs:
That PI call was 100% correct.
You Brady fangirls have an answer for everything. It's comical at this point
When Dion is standing there on the sideline alone, you can tell he realizes his time on a championship team is over.

Kim Chi wtf are you talking about dude that was a bs call
Shouldn't have been PI and here you can't tell when Jack possessed the ball. Should've been a TD for the Jags defense.
One of the greatest to ever play.
supratrd900 totally agree - it's about pressuring him for the entire game .. Which is why I think Phillys DLine rotation is huge
Something along that line.
how bout that hit at 9:45. Didn't seem to phase him
He played well against the 2011 Giants, and again vs the 2010 Jets, 2015 Broncos his O-line was shambles so he got pressured in an insane amount of a clip in that game but almost pulled through.
