Music is always so fresh if you like it. It doesn't seem it was played 8 years ago; the definite date is to be ascertained. Today is March 9, 2024. Remarkable music. Mystical, amazing and magical.
I wish I was in the audience, actually their concerts are primarily in some of the most beautiful venues in the world. Love this song and love this version. Thank you U2 and 2cellos
The wonderful Japanese audience, sitting silently through the playing and showing their appreciation only as the last note fades away. Other passionate audiences could learn a lesson from this.
I was just listening to this and trying to get some work done when there were tears dropping on the paper and I noticed that listening to this really needs my full attention.
Probably the most beautiful rendition of one of my favorite songs of all time. I get teary eyed every time I listen to this. Beautiful is an understatement!
I know this sounds morbid, but if I were to know that I was going to die tomorrow, this is what I would want to hear playing as I make my exit from life. This rendition of U2's classic song is so beautiful, it can even make my impending demise seem glorious.
Good call. And I absolutely love these guys! The balance between the quality, I mean academic music quality, and delivery - that's when they fall a bit out of tune and stuff which makes music alive - it's brilliant! But how about some Two Steps From Hell? I mean, that shit makes mopping floors feel like saving galaxy, no less!
Just about a year ago I got to see them live, not only did I get chills the moment they got on stage and started playing but I cried with emotion. This video reminded me of that beautiful feeling. I love how amazing they are.
I hate it. What cellist would willing play anything to do with pachelbel' cannon? These guys are just fame hungry with no serious inclination to further the art.
Simplemente maravilloso me atraparon por completo, talentosos ,con un dominio asombroso ymuy divertidos , siempre sonrientes. MUCHAS GRACIAS CHICOS!!!!
Its awesome to know that the originals like you take music seriously, evenif u can be crazy about those other insanely awesome videos, but this makes me honor you as a real musicians.... u have all of my respect
To all the, “heavy breathing” people. What you’re hearing is the mic picking up their fingers dragging the strings between changes. You hear it all the time with acoustic guitars, especially on the lower wire wound strings...same thing here. You hear it in a lot of their songs. Put on some headphones and listen to about the first 8 bars of, “Chariots of Fire”...perfect example.
Doesn't have a metallic enough sound to it to be the strings. I'm pretty sure it's them breathing. Also, if you pay attention, you can still hear it even when they aren't sliding, so yeah. 99% sure it's something orchestral musicians use as a means to keep each other on tempo, or perhaps some sort of audio cue for a transition. I'm not an orchestral musician myself, but I do play guitar and bass, so I know the sound of fingers sliding across strings very well - this isn't it.
Chris You are absolutely correct. Their music changed my life. In no way was I trying to diminish their unparalleled skill and passion for their craft. I essentially like their acoustic sets from Japan.
+Liam Epae ...being classically trained I'd say their play has become enrichened...they were pretty damned good when they were fresh on the scene in my not so humble opinion...( : )
+Liam Epae Yo n for sure. Their rock interpretations are beyond energetic and articulate...Eastern European passion and symphonic tradition transitioning the rich elegance of classical finesse into some kinna love, rockin the night away...if I may seek creative license here. Then add the social critique humor of their 'classical' presentation in Thunderstruck...way inspired in my view.
These guys are the very best at doing this. No-one else matches their passion and delivery.
No one has the amount of passion than them. Watch the guy on the right. he has orgasms overtime he plays.
Aren't you the guy commenting on most of 'The voice' videos? :DD
13beastoz Maybe. :^)

How they capture the anguish and the realisation that desire can be so painful. This performance is breathtaking, beautiful.
I wish I was in the audience, actually their concerts are primarily in some of the most beautiful venues in the world.
Love this song and love this version. Thank you U2 and 2cellos

agree with all, greetings from Croatia
That's what Japanese audiences do
Wanna know how beautifil your music is? I played it on my balcony here in North Dakota...a zillion tiny snow birds circled me an just sang along!!!
I was just listening to this and trying to get some work done when there were tears dropping on the paper and I noticed that listening to this really needs my full attention.
EVERY time i hear them play, both body and soul weep👍🔥💖🇺🇸
My favorite version. So technically beautiful.
Probably the most beautiful rendition of one of my favorite songs of all time. I get teary eyed every time I listen to this. Beautiful is an understatement!
Gives me goosebumps no matter how many times I listen to it. It's beyond perfect. love it.
Хорошо знаю репертуар U2, и как они исполняют… но в интерпретации этих двух хорватских ребят… у меня слезу вышибает.
This is pure talent and hard work paying off.
Svaka čast momci! Ponosan sam i sretan kad vidim naše glazbenike koji pune dvorane i u dalekom Tokyu.
Such an incredibly moving performance. The depth and breadth of strings . . .

NGC1433 I agree about your comments concerning Two Steps From Hell. They can make anything epic!
i can attest to that. never has picking my nose been more epic
I was thinking the same 😂
Don't worry, I think a lot of people 'get it' and know what you mean.
Just about a year ago I got to see them live, not only did I get chills the moment they got on stage and started playing but I cried with emotion. This video reminded me of that beautiful feeling. I love how amazing they are.
+Elle Zavez Yep, I'm going to see them tonight and I am crying watching this video. Must bring kleenex. I am Soooo excited.

The power of the love of the music, total passion and feeling. These guys are naked on stage, they give everything.

Diese Musik, diese phantastischen Interpreten, dass ist ein traumhaft schöner Ausklang eines Tages.
Which 80 idiots gave this masterpiece a thumbs down. Are they tone deaf or without passion? Wonderful!
I hate it. What cellist would willing play anything to do with pachelbel' cannon? These guys are just fame hungry with no serious inclination to further the art.

Strange I only hear it when he does sex face and sucks in air eh?
I wouldn’t mind if it were their breathing. They feel and live the music they play and that’s what makes it all so so special and unique.
Chris
