Tips on the "crust": 1. If you're going to freeze it, put a piece of saran wrap or parchment between it and the plate 2. Par bake like you would a pie crust. You can use a piece of aluminum foil and place beans in it to brown it more evenly
Hey Lisa! It’s me again! The Ramen Crab Rangoon pizza looked really good! One of the main things I have been meaning to try was your Crab Rangoon Pizza you made a while back. I have seen other people make UA-cam videos making the pizza and really enjoying it! (Gotta say it’s looks so good!) Keep up the amazing work!
Hi Lisa! I’ve been following your videos for a while and I’m really amazed of how innovative your ramen dishes are. I just wanted to say that you seem like a down-to-earth person and thank you for helping me get through this week leading up to break!
DEAR PARENTS , JUST BECAUSE YOUR CHILD IS SMILING AT THEIR PHONE DOESN'T MEAN THAT THEY HAVE A GIRLFRIEND/BOYFRIEND THEY ARE SEEING THIS MASTERPIECE VIDEO'S
hey lisa! a suggestion for your ramen challenge, try making noodle martabak. you boil the noodles, and strain them but do not put the seasoning yet. add them to a bowl, and crack 2/3 eggs and the seasoning mixtures. you can add other toppings if you like. and when everything is mixed thoroughly, flatten it and fry it like a sunny-side up fried egg. add toppings and enjoy!
I have literally been waiting for this video all day. Yay 😁 thanks for making fun content for us to view and feel a part of. I appreciate you and your channel very much! ❤️
I would suggest lightly or fully frying the "crust" after freezing it into your desired shape for the crispy/crunchy texture especially if you just put it into the oven to heat up the topping. Or maybe just pre-bake the crust so you know it's the right texture and the egg is cooked through to act as proper cement.
Finally ! I actually droped a suggestion to make a Ramen pizza 🍕 for so long and also yesterday you said you are going to make something using ramen 🍜 that starts with the letter ' P ' I knew you was going to make pizza 🍕 😂 Looks so delicious 😋
Hey Lisa if you're ever going to make some new sauce to try with ramen please try making it with Pakistani mixed vegetable pickles aka Achar Like just mix some ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar , chat masala and Achar , and pair the ramen with some meat , it's just so good especially if you can get the Achar by Shezan Just don't use the seasoning packet otherwise it would get too salty
If you make this again, def turn up the temperature. My dad makes pizza homemade and even though he doesn’t make it with ramen he cooks it at 550° Fahrenheit.
Please try this! Shin Black ramen with beef broth. Add chopped up avocado, lemon juice from one lemon and a little bit of shredded cheese. I promise you, it’s Heaven!!! ❤️
With ramen pizza just bake it in a pan on the stove instead of an oven Than the crust will become crispy oh and instead of an egg just add a spoon on cornflour slurry while cooking the ramen it will give much better structure and a crispier crust😋😋 and just finish it the oven to brown the cheese a little *optional* and your all set.
Hello Lisa, Seeing your sauce package, i have a question "Do You Put your ramen in the Fridge or cold room?" If Yes, That will be a bad idea because the oil is coagulated. but is nice to let the natural heat melt the oil but maybe is best to put it in the warm room temperature area thank you
Oml I remember that pizza you made blew up on UA-cam and alot of people watched your video on how you made it. I was honestly thinking of the pizza you made and that's what you were gonna make for day 12 of your Raman challenge 😂💜👏
Day 212 of asking Can you instead of just eating the level 7 spicy noodles right away do it step-by-step? so by the time you get to 7 you’ll be ready!!😁
Hey!! Have you tried raw ramen?? I do this with Maggie (cause I'm from India)...in a bowl Crush the noodles with hands till they are small enough to eat in one bite. Add the Masala packet and mix it all well, and enjoy... 1. Drink a glass of warm water afterwards 2. Keep mixing the masala while eating or else you'll end up with a heap of masala 3. If you think you think you cant finish it all .. add water and microwave it, you'll have normal instant ramen (with short strands though) ....
Day 4 of asking Lisa to try like making different varieties of Ramen? Like incorporating flavors from different parts of the world into the Ramen! I think that would pretty cool! Love you 😍
Hii!! I am a huge fan!! Can I get a shout out? I have never had one. Keep up the amazing work. Even after dinner you can make my mouth water. You never disappoint!!
Hi Lisa. This reminds me of a dish innovated in Malaysia. Murtabak Maggi. To describe it simply, it's an instant noodle quiche. There are a few recipes on UA-cam. Would love to see you try making that.
this is really creative! reminds me of when i need to make a quick breakfast omelette hahaha (eggs+indomie). maybe try pouring warm water into the plate to defrost next time :D i think it'll save you a lot of trouble
You can just put the crust on a oiled pan and let them cooked a bit. We done this with Maggi Kari. But we usually make it as murtabak maggi with added egg, the seasoning packet, onion and chilli (some added cooked minced meat)
With Pandit Canton I add the seasoning after its cooked so the butter melts when I put the noodles in the bowl. And try the Pancit Canton when you boil the noodles then put the soy sauce and butter under the bowl/plate to melt the butter, and the you put the seasoning powder in and when your done that put the soy sauce and butter in, mix and enjoy!:)
Hahahaa! Lisa, you should try it the way Indonesians usually cooked it! We do these often when we have leftover or cold indomie. Whisk 2 or 3 eggs (I recommend 2 for 1 whole packet of indomie), add some salt or any spices of your choice (Not too heavy though since you won't taste the noodle if you did so, but if your noodle really is cold and wont taste good anymore than hell yeah spice it up), we usually just do salt, if you want you can add vegetable of your choice in there and then pour the mixture into a hot and boiling oil in a pan. Don't forget to close the lid so the oil won't get to you. After it's brown on the bottom (Usually it's very fast, be careful!), flip it and wait for a few second, by your preference, if you like it crispy or soft, then throw it to a strainer to drain all the oil out, you can press it gently with tissue if you still think it's too oily. Serve it with a warm rice and ketchup then you're good to go!
Ooohh i usually made thisss! but rather than baking it i just pan fried the noodles it would be more crispy!! And i never really think to turn it like a pizza i'll definitely try this next time :D
I make this in a pan on the stove top. Crust 1st on both sides & then add sauce & toppings. At the end the base is so crispy. I like it better than my homemade pizza dough.
Best noodle pizza with crispy crust is when you pan-fry it with a little bit of oil. It'll come out super crispy outside but still soft noodle inside. You can make it as thick as you want!
That looked not bad at all. Agree on crispiness, possibly would come naturally if a bit thinner but I'd be concerned it would then be too thin to hold all that cream cheese.
Awwww. I like the way you try news things. I thought you would have done what you did to make the ramen cookie skillet with this pizza by crushing the ramen. Looks Yummy. You aren't good for my ramen addiction lol.
I love watching all the amazing things you do with ramen noodles!! I have started to be adventurous with mine. One question. Where do you get some of those amazing sounding ramen packs?? I've tried my local Korean food market, but they never have them. Would Amazon have them??
100% agree to par-bake crust before topping, especially for that crispy middle that’s not too gooey
It is called blind baking a crust
Yaa! Lisa says that all the time! And she forgets to bake the crusts 😂💖

Yup it’d great btw put more salt and peper after you crack the egg it cs more flavorful
oo sounds good
Sounds like an eggy okonomiyaki
It is much better to shallow fry the crust in a skillet with oil so that it becomes crunchy and crisp from underneath.
Loving your creativity❤️❤️
