Great review of an iconic and classic perfume. I love 70's perfumes and Charlie definitely makes my list. So glad Revlon still makes it even if it doesn't smell exactly the same as it did 45 years ago.
I love Charlie Blue the best out of all of them and I still have a bottle this size which I am going to be wearing today now after your review Kim. However my mum doesn't like any of the Charlie scents at all and finds them too strong for her. I like girly scents in the summer but all the other seasons I prefer strong bold scents xx.
That was very nice of your Husband to buy you a bottle. I remember my first bottle back when I was in my early teens, My Mom bought me a bottle for Christmas each year until her passing, it reminds me of her.

The girly stuff doesn't cut it for me. I loved the musk you mentioned. And Bonnie Bell Skin, if you've heard of that. Coty made a fragrance called Woodhue that was intoxicating. My mother liked that. My grandmother only wore their Emeraude perfume, not the cologne. It's nice too. I like a sandalwood. Your earrings look cute!

...I’ve finally owned a Charlie OG and vintage bottle from the 80’s in a 30ml from Greece thru Ebay. I do also owned a Charlie blue in 100ml that was made from Spain. My final verdict would be this, the Charlie vintage is nowhere near to the Charlie blue. The vintage Charlie still smells amazing and stunning to it’s age! It’s my holy grail to this date. Very much happy with the OG.👏🙂✌️

My Grandmother bought me Charlie perfume every Christmas. Because my Grandaddy called me Charlie his whole life❤ I was really too young for it, but I always loved having them with "my name" on em. I ended up naming my 1st girl Charlie! She's 14 now. I think I'll get her all of them just to have.

I really love Charlie fragrances. I do go a little lighter in the summer
I like Charlie Blue, but try the Gold one, cozy and warm 👌🏿🤗

I like Emeraude too. There is a really good Coty fragrance I wish I could find. It's called Skin Musk. It's so beautiful
I like girly light scents. I have never tried a musky scent might try that one.
