I’m so confused; the saints, the martyrs, the remanent. I wanted an explanation of revelation 20 as that was my morning read, but I’m more confused than ever.

What!!!!!! We were saved out of Ontario, Nevada street was were the men’s home was which we spent two years at learning the word.
The bride and the bride groom the Christ and the church to which all those on earth have been invited to join in the glory this is the cypher key for the cypher of life and the outcome.
Love this Revelation series. I have learned a lot about the order of events and what the events really mean. But one thing that keeps being ignored in all these teachings is what the final punishment really means. Is the lake of fire a symbol for the 2nd death? (If we keep following the way Revelation is written, then we must assume it is). And is the 2nd death eternal conscious torment? Or is it annihilation?

Our souls are the feeling part of our beings. If a soul ends up there, it's gonna be everlasting shame, pain and suffering. Only the devil and his horde was intended to be thrown there. But humans have freewill.. unfortunately too this may land many to join them there rather than turn to God in repentance, acknowledging the truth.
Also, though we are clothed in flesh, we are actually all made in God's image from the start. So we are individual spirit beings given His breath of life actually (not to be confused with some bogus energy force). The body rots, the spirit lives or dies, and the soul tormented in hell (lake fire) or freed forever in the kingdom of heaven. Hades is the grave holding place. Rev 20 has all death and the grave destroyed ultimately. Our Savior Christ Jesus has overcome the grave itself when He arose from the state of death 3 days later so His body saw no rot.
Hope this speaks to you and draws you to Him (embracing the truth of the gospel is being saved by His merciful love.. and to get a taste of that eternal life. Which Jesus says is by knowing Him one on one).

Revelation 12:17 states, "Then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war on the rest of her offspring, on those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus."
While this verse does not specifically mention war with Israel or other countries targeting the remnants of her seed, there are other passages in the book of Revelation that may be related to warfare in the Middle East. It should be noted, however, that biblical interpretation can vary, and different scholars may provide different interpretations of these passages. Here are a few verses that are often discussed in relation to warfare in the Middle East:
1. Revelation 16:12: "The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east."
2. Revelation 19:19: "Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth with their armies gathered to make war against the rider on the horse [referring to Jesus, as described earlier in the chapter] and his army."
3. Revelation 20:7-9: "And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released from his prison and will come out to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea. And they marched up over the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city [interpreted by some as Jerusalem], but fire came down from heaven and consumed them."

Explanation makes biblical sense apart from when satan is released to test the mortal believers during the millennium...
What about those born during the millennium who have lived and died vefore satan is released from the pit?
No, satan is bound up for that last 1000 years and only released for a wee while to test what's in their hearts; if they would follow that fallen rebel or God.
During the millenials' lifetimes.. they would enjoy such peace basking directly under God's Glory (the major culprit factor being taken care of, unlike his influences today).
Yet yet.. a final gog magog war would yet happen and some fall away (dont know how many then for it's all too far out for relevance to us today, hence not even in the bible i reckon. Rev 20 starts and finish up in Rev 20 ending with the whole heaven and earth rolled up like a scroll.. for a totally New one then)

The number of people born again/saved each year is much much much less than the number of people born each year.. pure statistics... so how is your logic right that God is delaying to give more people a chance to repent and accept him and be saved? Every year delayed means more people must die.. due to number of births. You just rocked my faith with this seemingly unfactual statement.
Is this a biblical statement even to support this claim.. which verse?

I don't pray for Gid to return any day, because there are many people who need to hear the Gospel. If God decides it is my time, then his will be done. Pray for sinners and the unsaved.
