I record the cornet onto the phone along with the video. I then pull that audio into Audacity and bring the backing track in as a second track, mix them, then edit it all together in a video editor.

I only for today record all tuned via Yamaha Silent Brass, also the first edition large mute. Use belonging Yamaha Interface, (no more out for sale) I have cam in pc, take backing music from UA-cam or Cd, start recording trumpet, You Tube track with music, start and got a complite recording! Backside not best sound my be but easy to get s complite tune for send to my YT site! If you have time check on Johnny D Bergh what it sound like? Johnny
