hang in there man. when i was 14 i was in a similar situation. pick up an instrument, or write a poem or something. get your feelings out and just know its okay to feel whatever youre feeling, and you arent alone. it gets better, you just gotta keep pushing. be proud of yourself for the small things. keep going no matter what❤️
I've noticed what helps me, when I'm feeling down, I help my mom arround the house. It takes my mind of things and I love my mom and it makes me feel a little better to see her being happy. Just something random I wanted to share with you. I so hope you will start to feel better, take it one day at the time and little steps are still steps ❤
