Yeah the sweet sideways at speed ,elbows out cutting up others in corners ,don't ta love speedway, yeah Keith ,amazing musician with a huge love of bikes with all his support with tt team ,bet he wishes to start everyday with a few laps in for am ready for the day feeling ,hell I wish I did it too lol

he did have team daz although not speedway .. if you have a look for team traction control video's on here you will see he did quite a bit of endurance racing and also had one of his bikes in the TT race..

i still remember that specific smell of burned oil, smoke and dirt, which i loved watching as a small boy with my daddy, speedway bike competitions
i loved that smell and the photo finish end of races
this was back in 82-83. bikers had helmets but also scarves around neck , because little dirt and pebbles are projected with a fantastic speed from the rear wheels , and if they hit your front neck yout gonna not feel very good
