I needed to study for a exam so I started training hard while listening to this gained a lot of muscle and got in the best shape of my life then I remember it was a college exam not a boxing match.

Best movie ever!!!! I walked the same streets as Rocky here in Philadelphia, PA. Rocky is the pride of South Philly and I think of the movie often when I am in the areas of where the movie was filmed. I lived six blocks from St. Dominick church where Rocky and Adrian got married. It's anazing to see the church and the window where the priest gave a shout out to Rocky
I am from India I wish to visit that place in the future days
all my life being the underdog and then made a scapegoat this music lifts my spirit up when i listen to it .

I remember working out to this in high school. I wasn't full there yet emotionally grasp the meaning behind this one song but it did get me the energy to finish my work out routine. Now I understand what it means now, to not just give up or win but to persevere because that is the one thing in life we all do. Persevere and going the distance.

Every time I hear this song I feel a chill when it comes to motivation this song is tops in my book
They play this at Lincoln Financial Field JUST before the Philadelphia Eagles are announced and storm out of the tunnel onto the field before every home game. It evokes such emotions and response to hype everyone up, you can't put it into words. I'll be there for the NFC Championship game tomorrow vs The 49ers, and hopefully on our way to Super Bowl 57. Go Philly! Fly Eagles Fly!!!
I can't explain what I'm going through presently but it's a dark place within and I'm trying to fight out of it. Have always been inspired heavily by the Rocky movies and the soundtracks, it's for the underdogs that have to fight their way out of bad places. Right now more than ever I have been heavily watching these over and over again to find some inspiration and motivation to fight what is going on, thank you for this.
Anth Can Been there too man. It is inspiring, and it gets better, I promise! I'm barely scratching the surface of pulling myself out but day by day slowly but surely I am coming out on top and things are working out. You just need motivation to do it!

Me emocioné mucho con ese momento en que Adrian le dice: "win" a Rocky.... Y me pegó el doble pues pasé de estar con una mujer que no me apoyaba por años y que cuando me fue mal en todo y tras un accidente en que literal quedé con riesgo vital tec y 7 fracturas... un mes después me dejó, cuando yo estaba todo roto, quebrado fisica y mentalmente porque "yo ya no era el mismo", luego tras el covid engordé más y más, pero ahora estoy empezando algo con una chica más linda que empieza a apoyarme, y este domingo, aún con ahora 58 kilos de sobrepeso, me tiro a mi primera ruta en meses de 154 kilómetros con ruta de cerros, y ella cuando supo que haré eso pasado mañana, en vez de echarme todo para abajo como hacia la otra... me animó. Casualmente veo esto ahora y me emocionó. Ojalá dure la cosa con ella pues hay algunos obstáculos a superar, pero lo que si sé es que con el ciclismo voy a seguir hasta que baje estos malditos 60 kilos con fracturas y todo!! con todo mrd!!
