I just moved into a furnished tiny apartment , and was looking for a way to pack my bulky coat away in my suitcase. I travel also, for long stays, in an extreme climate, with only minimal luggage. I was extremely impressed by your video. Please make more!!
This is great! I was just on line looking for a ‘packable’ rain coat that fits in its own carry pouch for travel, but the perfectly good hooded jacket I already have and love, will work just fine if I do it this way! Slow fashion. 😊
If you squeeze that tightly when you are rolling in it would be a third of that size that's how we rolled our sleeping bags in the boy scouts you could get it much smaller just by squeezing as you roll
It's a nice tip, but that's not really a bulky coat and that's not a small rolled up package. It's about 1/4 of your carry on. They say you can roll these up in the coat pocket. Maybe you should try that one out?
Great video, yet my troubles are way too unforgiving. I prefer backpacks to rolling carry-ons, yet hate wearing my winter coat with the backpacks. So uncomfortable to put them on or off my back. Seems the only way to go for me is with duffle bags.
While your approach is workable and correct, i deplore the trend towards people showing up with full size suitcases which they stuff into ever smaller overhead bins. Especially when those bags are so heavy the owner can't lift them without help.
