    As a teacher, I can say that he’s disturbingly too close to teachers I’ve known-- but, fortunately, there haven’t been too many.

    I'm stoked that you're bringing back kid's in the hall. Love this show when I was a young buck...and weirdly enough I was an all state linebacker, you know, total jock. Didn't go out on weekend until I finished my sets. I think these cats helped me to not blindly hate alternative lifestyle men, like I was "supposed" to. I'm being 100% honest here. Thank you for uploading these( I just subscribed) and thank you KITH for being so damn funny and helping me realize that sexual orientation doesn't define a person.
    Yes I am still straight, in case you're wondering....

      This is so cool that it simply was funny sketches and they weren't cutting edge except for the more refined Python style and the themes they completely embraced. Dope you got exposed and all it took was you having your mind expanded.

    He believed the radiators on one side of the wall were actually radioactive and forced us all to move all the desks to the opposite wall. It was early august, they weren't even on. He also wore mittens and two woollen scarf indoors...

    This is the first time I've seen this version of the skit. The one I remember was completely censored; They replaced 'bullshit' with 'crap', and Dave Foley wasen't seen rolling up his sleeve and asking for a lighter.
    I think that Scott was also wearing a completely sleevless shirt in the censored skit.

    • @JohnManzo
      @JohnManzo 3 роки тому +3

      CBC had "bullcrap." There are lots of differences between HBO and CBC content. The blues guy is from Vermont on HBO and "The Ottawa-Carleton region" on CBC. Touch Belllini contest winner is from Tampa (I think) Florida on HBO but from...Ottawa again on CBC.

    I used to hum the theme to this show on the way home from high school everyday cuz I knew it'd be on CC when I got home. Great show for weekdays while SNL was in its prime. It was just as if not funnier than SNL it just had lower production value. But TKITH held its own with the best at that time

    Literally half the teachers in my highschool were like this and the teachers from Beavis n Butthead. Unironically. One woman was always telling everyone about the commies. Another woman was a scarecrow hippie that insulted male students, calling them dildos. An old santa claus that would remind everyone of his soon retirement and if we misbehaved, he would drop to the floor and cry an wail while ah!tting himself(no....he was serious). A few others that would abuse student in various ways and a principal that would get into fist fights with the students.
    Wonder why so many people find, getting a oublic education in america so tough!?

    they said fuck on Tv all the time...CBC isnt regulated too harshly, back in the 80's the had movies late at night unedited, nudity, swearing, violence(nothing compared to todays TV violoence, but 30 yrs ago)... Lorne Micheals got in shit for it to a degree, but it wasn't live and it made it passed censors so it wasnt his fault...the guys wrote every inch of it and did soft versions of some skits 'fuck the bank I work for' as an example has 'screw the bank I work for' & fuck was funnier!
