I found my daily morning journal prompts from Jenn Im's videos - who got the prompts from The Holistic Psychologist.
And the rolling weekly is based off of the Alastair Method. Plant Based Bride on UA-cam has great content on this method!
the rolling weekly totally got me! and you're definitely right it is so satisfying to look at. I love the spontaneity of the rolling weekly! thank you for this! surely gonna try it
hi shena! i hope the rolling weekly is helpful for you!! 💕
The rolling weekly looked a little intimidating at the beginning of the video, ngl, but now it seems so simple and feels really doable! I totally agree about journalling not taking very long once you get in the habit of it, it always surprises me to look up and realise I got a whole lot of processing and thinking done in around tennish-thirteen minutes? Thanks for the video, I've been struggling w getting back to the habit but I feel kinda excited and motivated about it now!
Also compliments on the way you produce your videos, choose your titlecards, make your layouts, it's all so aesthetically pleasing!
Hey Nikita, thank you so much for watching! And me too - when I first saw the rolling weekly system, I kinda found it intimidating as well! But once you get the hang of it, it can be very useful 💕
I've never seen the rolling weekly used the way you do. I love it! You can break up the tasks by the week and not have a loooong list for the month 🙂
Thank you so much! Yes, exactly 🤗
Thanks for the walk-through on the rolling weekly. I'm going to have to go back and watch that part again. I put tarot readings or astro-transit info in my bujo too! :)
I love it when I see other journaling youtubers talking about morning and nighttime journaling! I also think it's important to do it in the morning and at night for different purposes!
This weekly setup is a real game changer! Thank you for sharing it with me. Thanks to you, I started journalling again 🥰
Oh that's awesome! I'm happy to hear you're journaling again 🧡
Thanks for sharing this video. It’s very impressive. I’m just starting a journaling practice, but I’m doing it digitally. I think it would be easier to convert from paper to digital than just starting from scratch, but using the examples of organized people like you is the next best thing.
I really enjoyed your video!! I love the rolling weekly and your daily pages as well as your morning prompts. Your end of day routine is really great too!! I love the simplicity of your whole system - minimal, practical and complete. I have written down your morning prompts and your evening routine. I think of all the videos I have seen on bullet journaling yours is the most thorough and yet uncomplicated system I have seen. Thank you so much for sharing. I look forward to watching other video you have done and will do.
Thank you so much! I gotta thank "The Holistic Psychologist" for the morning prompts. They've proven to be quite useful! And thanks, I will continue to work hard on my content 🤗
Omg, the rolling weekly is just brilliant!
I’ve used your rolling weekly set up for the last month or so and it’s been really helpful ! Helps keep the daily log less cluttered :)

Hi Lorena! Thank you for watching 🤗 I'll keep working hard !!
I’ve been watching so many of your videos lately to plan out my first ever bullet journal. I love your minimalist focus, and how you implement your faith and building daily faith habits! You make productivity and organization less daunting for perfectionists like me :)
Thank you for watching my content, I am so happy to hear that what I share resonates with you! Wishing you all the best with your first bujo 💛
Feels like I am elevating and getting my life together

Love your daily and weekly system. This was really helpful, too!
Great to hear you found it helpful! 💖 Thanks for watching
Man, this video was something I just needed! Thank you 🙏🏼💜✨ Since I saw you writing wins of the day in another video, I started doing that on my bullet journal, too, and I’m loving it!! I will definitely incorporate your morning journal prompts to my morning too 🌟 Also, I spotted your birthday on your journal page, and so happy to know that you are Virgo too 🙌🏼♍️✨💜👯♀️
Omg awesome !! Thanks for letting me know. 💝 And yeah haha I'm a Virgo 💁🏻♀️✨
glad i found your channel! the first time i thought of doing journaling, i got pressured since i cannot manage to do the usual journal like the one that you see in pinterest that is full of cute design and concept and i thought i have to buy a lot of art stuff to be able to accomplishing the journalling but after i watched your vids, i think i can do it, yours is easy to follow and i'm excited to start because of you. also before, i thought i am contented thinking with the gratitude journal only but after watching your samples of weekspread, i am inspired to include productivity and organizing in my journal as well. you are an inspiration, claudia! 🥺✨
hope the journaling routine goes well for you! make sure to tweak and adjust it to suit your needs. all the best !! 💝
Woww this is the first video where I fully understand the rolling weekly, thank you so much! You explained it so well and clear; I will definitely try it next Monday🤗
awesome! thank you so much for watching 💖
Hi from Perth, Western Australia! I’m completely new to bullet journaling and am finding your videos so helpful! I’ve watched lots of pretty videos about making beautiful spreads etc, but I really wanted something that showed me the actual practicalities of using it, and your videos are doing just that! Thank you! Subscribed 😊
Hey Natalie! Thank you so much for watching and subscribing. I'm wishing you all the best with starting your bullet journal. You can do it hehe 🤗
Hello from Shanghai China! Thank you so much for this clear explanation on the rolling weekly system. I'm trying it out this week and am loving the system so far. I binged watched quite a few of your videos over the weekend and just want to say thank you for making these down-to-earth and helpful content

Hey claudia! So much love✨ just wanted to say it would be better if you upload the August set up before starting the august actually. I'm a big fan of you!! Keep up the good work love💕
hi claudia! i initially clicked on this vid on a whim a few days ago and you really inspired me to pick up journaling again. since last weekend i've been using your morning journal prompts and i am in LOVE with how positive the changes have been in my mindset already. i just wanted to thank you
hey zula! that's awesome!! i'm so happy to hear this. 🤗💛
i got the morning journaling prompts from "the holisitic psychologist" so i'm sure she has even cooler journaling info that could be helpful 💜
I really love the way of your journaling.
Loads of love and wishes to you!
Hi Sakshi! Thank you, sending love right back to ya! 💝

LOOOOVVEE the rolling weekly! New to BUJO and wanted to try a new weekly set up so thanks for this
you're so welcome! i hope it works for you!
Such a great idea 💡 I'm a single mom with a job and dealing with grieving after losing both my grandmothers this year. So I'm glad I found your video to help me stay on track with things I need to get done.
Hi Shannon, my deepest condolences ❤️ Sending you so much love and strength. I hope my bullet journal content can be a tad bit helpful when you're getting stuff done!
I think I definitely need the rolling weekly. Gonna try it out next time!
It was really helpful especially rolling weekly part thank you ❤️
You're the person who made me realize that I could do bullet journaling in a way that works with my disabilities. It's rare for me to find an advice type channel that has *accessible* advice to me because I can't sit down and spend more than an hour on a monthly spread. When I came across your channel and learned all about the bare bones of minimalist journaling (that was both pretty and useful), I was so excited! It's something I can actually do... And I really enjoy it. Thanks for all of the advice that helps me make my life more organized and mindful :)
Aw! thank you for commenting - i appreciate this so much. i'm so happy to hear that my advice and way of journaling have resonated with you. i'll keep making more content like this 😊💗
I had never heard of a rolling weekly before so this was super helpful and informative!! I may have to give it a shot because it sounds really helpful!
I absolutely loved the video! Thank you for sharing with us!
Thank you so much for watching, Morgan! Do also check out Plant Based Bride's rolling weekly for more info, if you haven't already :)
Hi Claudia , thank you so much for sharing your content. Really useful thought about content . You rock !
Thank you so much for watching! 🤗
your small calendar is so adorable!
hehe thanks, it sure is adorable 🥰
I love your rolling weekly idea !!! It's helpful to brain dump and schedule everyday
yes it's very helpful for those two things! 🤗
Love how organised you are. Thanks for the inspiration : )
thank you for watching! 💗
This is so awesome for someone who really needs to get their life together for college! Thank you so much I will definitely use this
that's great! thanks for watching 🧡
this looks like a very helpful journal setup!!! thank you for sharing it.
thank you for watching! 🤗
The rolling weekly is a very good addition. I've been bullet-journaling since about March. But sometimes my weeks end up looking like huge to do lists, one after another. But the rolling weekly is a way to keep all that pressure (and messiness) off the daily page. Love it. TY.
Hi Marjorie! I get what you mean by your weeks looking like massive never-ending to-do lists. It sure can get overwhelming to look at! I hope you find the rolling weekly useful 💜
Thank you for explaining the rolling weekly so clearly. It’s not as confusing as I thought!
You're so welcome! Thanks for watching ✨
So helpful and lovely! Thank you so much for sharing this with us
aw thank you for watching, Thalita! 🥰
Because of you, I started rolling weekly. And man, my weeks were never this organized! Thank you so much, Claudia!
I loved this video, got to learn so many new things! Also, congratulations on 21K subscribers!! 🥳♥️
Wow that's awesome to hear! Thanks for sharing!!
And thank you lots 💖💖💖
The time-frame for the gratitude is a genius idea. It'll help in being mindful rather than writing generic, or writing for the heck of it, things
yes !! glad you agree 🤗
This makes so much sense in my head thank you♥️
Thanks for watching, Diana! 💚
hello from a fellow left-handed human ^_^ love your planning system, especially the rolling weekly! makes so much sense.
hello! thank you so much 🤗🤗
This makes me want to give bullet Journaling one more go 🧡🙌
best of luck 💖
넘넘 감사해요 언니!! 정말 친절하시고 설명도 잘 해주시네요❤❤
감사합니다 🥹
Finally something makes sense, THANK YOU!
haha thank you for watching! ✨
Best rolling weekly I have seen.
Thank you! :)
i love your channel and only discovered it last week
Welcome !! Thank you for being here, Aylen 💝
I used to do all of this too, on a notebook, same with the rolling weekly. But the habit never lasts long on me, it wasn’t convenient to bring my notebook everywhere when i had work, and I didn’t like how much time it took to set it all up, and when plans changed I hated how messy it made my journal look. Plus filling notebooks and having to buy supplies wasn’t sustainable for me XD Now I just use my kanban on Trello and GCal to timeblock things, which I can do on my phone on the go, and it’s the only thing that’s been consistent for years. I guess paper methods just don’t work for me and that’s okay. Major props to you and everyone who can maintain these habits, seriously. You have much better patience and attention span than I do, and so much creativity too.
i've tried doing digital journaling/organization - it doesn't always work for me! and that's okay - we've all got a method that works for us 💗
Cant waitttt
Hey Claudia
So,I am 13 yrs. old and this year gonna start my first bujo...thank you so much for highlighting the mistakes you've been doing your past years of journaling...I am saved from getting in a rutt of "aesthetic" bujos and rather make it a productive one. Keep going!
Hello! Thank you for watching. Don't be too hard on yourself when starting your bullet journal - take your time. 💜
@@claudiaspaurel Yes,thank you
thank you so much for this video! i will go buy a notebook immediately!
you're so welcome! thanks for watching 💝
i’m gone try this even though nothing exciting happen in my life. but i can make it interesting
Hi Claudia, fellow #Virgo HBD. I just came across your channel. Like everyone else I love the rolling weekly looks very simplistic and not too overwhelming. I just bought a Moleskine and will try this method. I was just hitting daily tasks on each page.
As for journaling I am trying to start that as well. I thinks prompts help us. I will watch again. 🙌🏼🤍♍️ new subscriber.
Hey there! Happy birthday to you too! ✨ Thank you, I hope the rolling weekly method will be helpful for you 🤗 And thanks for subscribing - it's so appreciated 💜
@@claudiaspaurel sooo I just went ahead and ordered the Leuchtturm 1917 so I can put what you do to use on my end 🤞🏼. I’m excited. I’ll keep binging your videos.
Can you do a flip through from the beginning through a free months and how it allll works out. I want to see the flow of things. PLEEEASSEEE 🙏🏼
LOVE the look of the rolling weekly! I adore my bullet journaling but sometimes won’t use it in the most productive way because I’m too scared of making mistakes or it simply takes too long. This layout seems so simple and achievable though! Thank you!
One thing I didn’t understand though was a circle vs a line across? I listened to it a few times but still not sure 😕
Hello! Thank you. I add the line across just to connect the circle to the to-do. You totally don't have to do it. Perhaps check out Plant Based Bride's video on the rolling weekly if you need more info? 😊 Hope that helps!
yess
I love your journaling videos. I was wondering if you would ever do some book tube vids. 🤍🤍
Thank you! I've been thinking of doing some booktube stuff - not sure what to make tho 🤔
@@claudiaspaurel maybe like reading vlog or see how much you can read in so many days! 💜💜
Ok but the rolling weekly is such a cool technique, I never thought/heard of that
it's from the alastair method in bullet journaling !!
Love you girl❤❤❤
much love for ya! ✨
I am your biggest fan i think! I love your channel.
Yeah me too 😍
Aw thank you, Ayesha!! ❤️
The prompts are really helpful!! And The description box of this video is the cutest thing I've seen all day!! 💌
This is just for my reference:
Q1 my daily affirmation is...?

Q3 3 traits my future self will have are...?

Awesome! ❤️
Yaaay a fellow lefty bullet journaler
woohoo!! lefties unite 🤗
This is so helpful
that's great to hear! thanks for watching 💕
I love the rolling weekly thank you Claudia you have been such a great inspiration for me this year.
I have a couple of questions for the rolling weekly:
1. How do we set up those tasks that have mini tasks attached to them?
2. How do you add an event that occurs several times a week but is not consecutive? Ex. Yoga class Mon, Wed, Sat.
Thanks for watching, Sara!
1. I delve into the mini tasks on my daily log. But if I'm really feeling overwhelmed, I write them all out in the rolling weekly. Helps to clear the mind when you see everything written out sometimes.
2. For recurring events, I mark them in my future log!
Hope that helps :)
@@claudiaspaurel awesome! And how do you display the events that occur several times a week but are not consecutive? Like yoga class on Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays
Happy birthday! ❤️
thank you so much!! 💘
I love this & am going to start bullet journaling! What size do you have from the Leuchtturm1917 Notebook? Is it the medium one??
I use the A5! 💛
I am sure that this will be useful andinteresting for me❤️😩
🥰💖
Good idea
I love the rolling weekly! Quick question, how do you plan for future to-do’s? For example, I know this week a few task that I will need to complete during the last week of the month. TIA!
i put them in my monthly log or in my digital calendar on notion :) hope that helps!
I am a fresh full time freelancer and was looking for a system that helps me in my current situation and the rolling weekly makes so much sense. I don't care when I do my paper work, as long as it gets done in that week. thank you so much. I am setting mine up for next week. Do you have a certain system for projects?
for projects, i use the "kanban board" method and i organize it all on notion! you should check out some videos/blog posts on the kanban board method, it helps with project management - hopefully it can help with the work you do!
Great video!
thank you so much 💛
i need this
🤗💕
💝
Hi, i really love your spreads, they are so practical and minimal. Would you mind sharing the differences between the “Gratitude” and “Wins of the day” sections. I am a little confuse 🥺
Hello! I don't mind at all 😊
Gratitude - I write 3 things I'm grateful for.
Wins of the Day - I list 3 things that went well that day, something nice that happened during my day, it's a way for me to reflect at nighttime.
i love your content and we share the same birthday ♡
yay birthday buddies! happy belated birthday, lily 💝
i’m so confused on where to write these things. do i just write the morning journaling just on the next free page? can i have a daily log where one is on page 50 and the next is on page 63? i’m sorry i’m just rlly confused… and can my trackers or monthly lists be spread apart. like i have a habit tracker then a few random pages and daily logs then a sleep tracker or monthly list? im rlly sorry for the questions :(
Where is your jewelry display/holder from?
Happy Birthday!
Thank you, Anthony!! 🤗
Claudia what do you do in the rolling weekly- or daily page where the breakdown of the task is- where you have completed a task I.e. emailed x to get carpet cleaned and you are waiting a response? Technically you have finished the task. Where do you note that you are waiting a response? Or do you leave the task unchecked and keep migrating the task until one has received a response, job completed etc. thanks!
I usually mark a " \" on the task to let myself know it's been started and then I migrate it to the day it'll be completed. Hope that helps!
♥
Beautiful and smart
I was wondering if you use any online calendars like Google cal as well? I prefer to use my bullet journal but have to update my online calendar for work meetings and such so I have a hard time deciding whether or not to repeat my calendar online and in my journal or only put it in one
hey! i've never tried google cal before. i've tried keeping track of stuff on notion, but i've always returned to my notebook. but that's just me!
Hey lefty!!
Hello lefty!! 🙋🏻♀️
Claudia can I ask, does this give you the perspective to say 'no' to new incoming events, curious how you use this to understand your allocation in a week / month. Thanks in advance
I have a monthly log where I jot down any events for the month ahead. I'm usually pretty good at saying 'no' to events/things - I just listen to my intuition in making those decisions. I'm upfront and honest with whoever's trying to make plans with me about what I've got going on that week 😊
@@claudiaspaurel appreciate the reply 🙏
I just subscribed your channel, you are great
thank you for subscribing!! 🤗
I wanted to start right now 😢
I love the physicality of a physical daily journal, my problem is I need to capture time to my tasks, that flows into a total per project and area. so unless I have a PA to type all this up I gotta use an online tool. If anyone has any ideas that we can do this while also totalling time? 🙏
Claudia, do u ever make mistakes in bullet journaling, and if u do, how can I fix it without white out because the white out ruins my bullet journaling
Hey, I always make mistakes! I either cross stuff out, use white out, or just use the mistake in the spread. I used to rip out pages when I first started out but that's because I was too caught up on making things 'perfect' than accepting that 'mistakes' aren't really mistakes - they're so needed. Hope that helps!
@@claudiaspaurel thank you, this helps so much and I’ve started to bullet journal lately too
for anyone trying to find a daily affirmation, there’s this instagram and twitter account that posts daily affirmations. the account is @thirdeyethoughts
this was a really helpful video, thank you so much for this! I was just wondering if you could suggest a way one could incorporate a day specific event into your version of the rolling weekly
hey there! thanks for watching. what do you mean by incorporating a day specific event? for my rolling weekly, i write out every to-do and event and then assign them dates. i also have day specific events written down in my monthly log!
@@claudiaspaurel by day specific I meant like an appointment or test but you answered my query either way. I can't thank you enough for this. Love your videos a lot!
i have not been journaling in i need too
She started her rolling weekly from the second date, as she said that she starts a week from Monday. But I wonder where did she write the first date on the rolling weekly. Can you Please elaborate ? ✨🍁

I have always loved journals and pens and writing. But bullet journaling sounded so hard to keep up with because of my autism and ADHD. You make it so easy and relaxing. GREAT JOB GIRL
