Clint Eastwood - UNFORGIVEN (1992) | A Classic Western Oscar-winning Movie

- If not a leading role played by Clint Eastwood, Gene Hackman could out-play any actors including John Wayne in western movies.
Clint Eastwood once invited John Wayne to co-star a western movie, and John Wayne didn't pick up the call.
Truly Magnificent Seven STARS in western movies:
1. John Wayne : soft outside and tough inside
2. Clint Eastwood : calm and wily
3. Kirk Douglas : emotional and fun
4. Gregory Peck : upright and respectable
5. Paul Newman : good looking and stay cool
6. Steve McQueen : spontaneous GUTS
7. Val Kilmer : cool and gallant - Розваги
Morgan Freeman, Gene Hackman and Clint Eastwood acting in this movie are masterpiece
I would replace Morgan Freeman by Frances Fisher, she did utterly well there.
E Richard Harris o inglês👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🇬🇧🙏.
Richard Harris was a very gifted actor, I like his other movies, but in this movie his role was too flashy, I cut that parts, @@ruypapaleobianchini395 🕹
@@motionattached That was the intent though. It worked perfectly in the film.
I agree, it put him in contrast to Gene Hackman, I watched it again and again, couldn't get rid off a sense of some forced effect, particularly the writer wet himself.@@donarthiazi2443
I saw this movie at 18 when it came out. Only now at 50 do I think I could begin to properly understand the gift Eastwood gave us with this film.
I think he suddenly changed his acting style after this movie, 🕹😂
Outlaw Josie Wales.
So you know how clint felt when he first read the script
One the best westerns ever produced. I was especially touched when William Munny (Clint Eastwood), while initially failing to get on his saddle, pays hommage to his deceased wife.
I think this movie is best conclusion of western history
One of the best westerns ever!!!!
Eastwood stepped over the boundary to absolute perfection with this film.
He did make a special type of western movie. 🕹😂

Clint received *3* well deserved Oscars.
He indeed deserved those. @@freedomforever6718
🌟💎👑🥇🏆🙏👏👏👏
No western seems to be interesting enough to watch after this masterpiece.
wow, that is a strong statement, try this, that could overturn your statement with good feeling, ua-cam.com/video/lpmL7qAAFMQ/v-deo.htmlsi=Y2npjUiGDgR3IWla🕹😂

Just a FYI kinda thing 😉
Wow, Clint E. Best actor ever for westerns! John P.
Best actor ever, what a compliment, he certainly deserves one of the best in that category, 😂🕹
Great editing of a great movie, thanks.
I saw this movie a couple of times when it was free on UA-cam. It's a masterpiece and one of the best Clint Eastwood movies.
Well he shoulda armed himself. If he's gonna decorate his saloon with my friend.
Thank you Mr Eastwood, I met in in person in San Antonio Texas, on the river walk when I was 20 I was a bartender then and you amazed me when I asked you what kind I’d beer you wanted, you replied, it does matter, as long as it’s cold, the bar was named The Landing, I’ll never forget how reserve you were, I wouldn’t let you pay you bar bill
That is a warm story, thanks!👏
i met him once as a kid it was my little brother's birthday, i was barely old enough to recognize who Clint was. It was at his restaurant in i think Carmel California, and he was fraternizing with the people coming to the restaurant. My little brother didn't meet him he wanted to listen to a Power Rangers casette tape in the car lmao he was like 4 years old that day
This movie does a fantastic job of blurring the lines between the "good guys" and the "bad guys."
Many outstanding performances.
That is a very interesting way to depict it, 🕹🎖
All of Clint's westerns are good, but this one's over the top.
When America still had a semblance of honor.
Only honor this country ever had was for the dollar…facts
You do realise that this is simply a movie, and not something from the history channel 😀
This movie shows no honor, only bloodshed and the dying hope of a retired crazed outlaw as he becomes the monster he used to be
There is no honor in this movie lol. That's kinda the point.
Some gun fighter Mr William Munney , its just a great western we are so lucky to be in the era of great actors like Clint Eastwood,, Gene Hackman ,Morgan Freeman and many other great actors in this epic movie what great entertainment imagine its 34 years old its just great
It is well said. We are so lucky to be in the era.
It was about a real man as well.
@@edjames2388 He had changed his acting style since this movie, became more real than previously fancy persona, such as the good, the bad, and ugly, 🍿🎉
Happy Birthday CLINT !!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great movie
Eastwood finally gave The Man With No Name, aka Blonde, a name: William Munny.
Gene Hackman interpretação magistral. Xerife Bill 👏👏👏👏👏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Gene Hackman has been a great actor.
Pretty good clipping. I do wish you would have kept the entire part of the monolog finishing the part about killing a man, and the subsequent part where he says 'we all have it comin'.
This isn't just my favorite western, but my favorite movie. Personally I consider it a perfect movie.
It is true, what a great movie! Clint Eastwood usually played some wily role in western movies, In this movie, he played a no nonsense, determined, and toughness character. quite impressive.
Now this is a god damn movie
One of the most iconic movies of all time, and most people don't even understand why. And it is true I didn't either until later. This is a multi-layered story.
You did an excellent job, putting all these clips together -- the bits that mattered
Thanks 🕹😂
Ii think this was movie of the year ! I think Clint Eastwood directed it too !
You are right, it was both produced and directed by Clint Eastwood.
…love what you did in this montage…let’s see more (beats watching for 2hrs really thanks.)
Thanks for saying that. I made those for for people who don't have a lot of time, and want to have good time. 😂🕹🍿
Brilliant
Eastwood wrote the theme song -- Claudia's Theme.
Thanks. That is a surprise. 🕹😂
one of the best ever
Certainly one of the best western movie for the tenacity and ferocity, 🕹
In his 1966 movies, he is the badass we all know. From the get go.
But watching him morph back into his former killer of a self is something you really need to understand to appreciate. He probably would have killed Bill under a tree somehwhere. But when he saw Ned's body decorating the saloon... that's real anger. The kind that shoots and doesn't want to ask questions after.
Pretty good analysis of human nature. 👍🕹
Great western Eastwood flim. Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman were superb as well as the supporting cast. I rank this movie a classic above the outlaw Josie Whales. The Unforgiven, a movie I will. View more then once.
Agree! This movie has more visual effect and emotional impact than the movie outlaw Josie Whales, 😂🕹
It's Josie Wales!
That is another good movie stared by Client Eastwood,
20 years before this one and much much better...
that one was raw western movie type.@@simedBazaz
Hell, it’s all quiet on the western front compared to modern day Chicago. Only change is diversity.
So you want to make a classic movie Heres what you get actors in the same class as Cint Eastwood ,Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman and you have a good basis for a movie as good as THE UNFORGIVEN a truely great movie
What is the most important deciding factor for a great movie? the cast, the director, or the drama, 😂🕹🧩
No volverán a Acer nada Igual 🇪🇦
Maybe it's just me, but it seems like Clint Eastwood just keeps improving the older he gets.
He's been a favorite of mine ever since he played "Rowdy Yates" in "Rawhide".
"Head em up, move em out!"
So much for taking care of your kids
Show me the Munny.
I have to watch this again I forget about the story hahaha
It is a great movie, you actually could watch again and again, 😂🕹🍿
good movie didnt know he was billy the kid lol
this movie would lose the intensity without Gene Hackman's acting.
full movie pls!!!
If you search with the title and keyword, full movie, you might find one, 🕹😂
I’m 74 now Mr Eastwood
Enjoy a wonderful life, 🕹
This movie has half of it cut out
Isn't that what Clint Eastwood said, they cut out the part.
Anybody that wouldve done that to a woman, wouldve got my heels, until the end.
You just echo the spirit of this movie.🕹🎉
@motionattached I appreciate that. It's a great movie, and as a man with 3 girls. I would never allow anyone to harm a woman. And your comment shows you know why.
@@motionattached may I ask what you mean? I'm just simply curious.
@@jaydaville1105 In the movie, the 'Schofield Kid' was the driven figure for the punishment, you might echo that persona. 🕹🎉
@@jaydaville1105 You should like that actor, Jaimz Woolvett, who played that Schofield Kid in the movie. That boy's acting performance was way underrated, 🕹
I know you were born in 1930, me in 1949
I don’t reckon much these days.
Mostly I reckon why I walked into a room with no recollection of what I came in there for.
Well it must not have been too important anyways. I reckon.

This was Clint Eastwoods anti western Western. I was very disapointed with the movie and I still am. Thankfully others came along and made some good ones.
You are right in some way, it is not a traditional western movie, and he played a quite different persona, and did well though, 🕹
What the hell are you talking about???
He might think it is a cowboy movie, but a western movie, similar as the movie "No Country for Old Men"@@user-vc7uw5xr2q
it's the reason why it's so good
@@xavierbouchez9227 He somehow changed the game of the western movie, 🎉
You really butchered this movie, total crap. You even cut out "deserves got nothin to do with it".
You are looking for a wonderful story even it costs your time, I try to give a right moments with brief summary, Time is not on my side, sorry. 🕹
Very poignant when all the brothel ladies come out to see the man that took care of business giving his last orders to the townspeople.
wohhhhht an unknown

Liberal justice!
That is a beautiful way to say it, Thanks. 😂🕹
Good film but too much gratuitous violence and miserable darkness to qualify as a great western. Clint would have known this, of course, but it omits the family friendly features that all great westerns have, as John Ford knew only too well.
It is true that the justice was served in a quite ruthless form. The film was a break through for Clint Eastwood transforming from usually wily cowboy to a no-nonsense tough guy.
It was the greatest Western ever.
I would put it as one of the greatest, and Clint's the greatest one. @@brendanc2299
It introduced a vulnerability with “bad” men that wasn’t displayed in any other western that I can think of. It also showed that killing a man wasn’t always honorable.
Don't forget this is not as the west was, this is all fiction, albeit the best of the genre.
Mostly to dark 😢
stop whining.
_"too"_

The sheriff always plays the bad guy in a lot of movies 🎥
Gene Hackman is a great actor, he brought intensity to all his movies. 😂🕹
