I took apart my clucth i took out the push rods and ball bearing put everything back and my clutch actuator still dont go back into place it only works when i take off the side case and i put my finger on the push rod
How easy your clutch to pull in, is it adjusted at cable, are the circle on preesure plate and inner boss circle lined up, sounds like week springs not pulling the pressure plate back in, type in Yz80 1994 parts diagram at look at some of the clutch diagrams
@@2strokemxclassics hiya thanks a lot for responding, i maybe gonna be looking for some clutch parts, i have a problem with it its does not disengage i have tried a lot of the stuff to fix it bu nothing is good yet, i am working my brains off on it and can’t find yet, if you could give us some advice that would be great, i would send you my whatsapp 👍
Yeah if that's the problem, nothing else would make your clutch rub on case m8 apart from the inner boss nut coming slack and making front pressure plate hit the case, has the bike been rebuilt do u know
@@2strokemxclassics ahh ok bud my bad lol one video you need to do is a one on the loom connections u want to see my loom i bet it one of the cleanest and original loom in the uk lol onlymissing original indicator connectors all the rest are oem

@@2strokemxclassics sent you a request
yo mate i need help my clutch is hitting my case for some reason, do you know the possible cause for that?
Is it happen all the time or when clutch is pulled in, it sounds like the nut on the centre boss has came slack m8
@@2strokemxclassics oh how could i tighten that to the right foot pounds which i know is 50 mate.
There normally have a washer on with a tab u bend over the nut when it's tight, a clutch holding tool u will need to keep the inner boss still m8
@@2strokemxclassics and if i do this with the tool and tighten it good enough this should fix my problem?

Cases shagged if all bearings are slack
Aye a kna there not that bad tbh was only 2 what were slackish
@@2strokemxclassics seen a few like that, people usually punch round it with a centre punch to tighten them up
Do you do work for customers?
I've got a yz85 for a full engine rebuild
