I don't know about criminal cases but in a civil case where I was suing someone my attorneys told me there are only four answers in a deposition: I don't know, I don't remember, yes or no, and if really necessary a very short explanation, but not too much info.

I,m of the opinion that safe adults need a harsher penalty, parents, family, childcare workers etc because they destroy trust and it never comes back. People on file for sexual crimes instantly get life without a parole,all assets seized. This comes from a victim still hurting 60 yrs

I may continue my meditation practice, prayer, and reading spiritual literature on my own. It would be nice to have spiritual role models though. Especially leaders who take accountability regardless of the outcome. To do right by God first and foremost regardless of legal counsel. Isn't God the true judge?
