I would really like to thank everyone for your condolences and continued support. I would love to respond to each and every one of you, but from the bottom of my heart to everyone who commented about Hannah or shared their own personal experiences with loss, thank you. It helped me tremendously. I don’t always check my “held for review” comment section because it can really get me down when people are straight up cruel for no reason (UA-cam does this to filter some profanity and extremely inappropriate comments). But this time I’m glad I did. For some reason some really thoughtful heartfelt comments ended up in that section and many of them made me tear up, so of course I approved them. Hug and kiss your loved ones and cherish all the moments you have together, and when you lose someone you love, cherish and be grateful for the memories you shared. Happy Holidays to all of my wonderful youtube family ❤.
My condolences. One of my family members has Parkinson’s but your videos have a great sense of humor and bring us much joy. Keep up the great content. Happy Holidays!
Watched till the end - the one thing we diy-ers can't fix, and it's heartbreaking because they're gone forever. My sincere condolences to you, Gus, Turbo, and the NNKH guy. 💔
This must have been very difficult to edit and post with your dearest Hannah on your mind. My deepest condolences to you and yours. Thank you not only for the video of the brake job, but also for sharing the loss of your friend and her memory. ❤ We share a similar quirky, Seinfeldian sense of humor. I am sure that humor will help you through this difficult time. ☃🎄
You couldn’t be more right. I had the hardest time trying to get behind the computer and edit this one. Even though she wasn’t “in” this video she was still on my mind. Thanks for your condolences. And yea Seinfeld certainly brings laughter in my day to day lol.
Jen I am so sorry for your loss, I can't imagine the pain you must have gone thru. or still going thru. Remember she is out of her pain now and laughing and singing in Heaven. It didn't dawn on me who Hannah was until the end, then i realized it was the lady who went on the boat ride with you and Chris and she was suffering from cancer. This video has me in tears. Take care and always tell the ones closet to you that you love them.
Thank you so much. Really means a lot to me. She’s been on many adventures with us. I’m glad she’s not suffering anymore but I sure wish she was still here with us. ❤️
I remember that boat ride. I questioned myself if that was the same girl because she looked completely different. And much different than the smiley happy girl in these clips. I forgot the video name. But I remember feeling really sad about her because she looked like she wasn't doing well but I didn't say anything so as not to ginx it. I remember the way you said your love for her on that one. Shared experiences so we're here in case you feel like you're going through it alone. you and Chris.@@jennifersugint
I've never met you, Hannah, or Chris, but I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes after watching this. I do remember when you took her out on the boat, she had a blast. So, so sorry, Jen, may she rest in eternal peace. Fantastic video as always.
Gus has to be the happiest dog ever. It’s funny how he’s always testing Turbo and Turbo is always like “I could smack you into next week you little wiener, leave me alone”. 😂 He makes me smile every time.
Jennifer, i am so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad (at 75), 3 yrs ago, from cancer. I am telling everybody (icluding my 2 children), to never stop expressing their feeling and tell someone that you love them (friend or family). You may never have the chance again to do so. hang in there, i know its tough.
Sorry you had lost your sister, she would be proud of you keeping her memory alive..God bless Hannah and god bless you for sharing a very touching moment in your life..
I have to believe Hannah was too good for this world and God needed her to be another Angel by his side. Taken too soon from all that loved her, but believe, she is near you and always will be!
So sorry to hear about your friend Hannah. My condolences. I thoroughly love your videos, Chris’ also. Again my condolences, and, may Hannah Rest in Peace!
Missed you Jen! ! I'm sorry for your loss 🤗❤🙏 Lost my composure when I watched the angelic and beautiful tribute piece about Hannah, May her beautiful memories be eternal. It hits home so much as I lost my beloved mother of 76 years to cancer in 2021.
Hannah will always live in your heart...a friend indeed. To be honest, I was not expecting that at the ending. You and Chris have a unique chemistry that connects. Love and enjoy your videos. Thanks
My condolences to you Jen on the loss of your Hannah. I lost my wife in November and now my brother on the 1st of December. Always keep them in your heart! 😇🙏
Oh my goodness Jennifer, I loved this video so much, you were trying so hard to get those brake pads changed. you did an awesome job by the way. You were working on your dear friend's Jeep for her. The end of the video just had me in tears, such a beautiful young lady, so full of life, such a great friend, and now, God has called her home. I'm so sorry Jen, If I ever get to meet you I'm giving you a hug, just because this video really touched me. Jay from central Pa.
Awesome job on your first brake job.. You're going to make mistakes that's how you learn. Working on cars is a learning process. I've been doing it for over 40 years, and I'm always learning something new. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. She was so young.
I just started enjoying watching Chris and your channels. The vids are a good balance between the spontaneous "Roadkill" adventure and teaching moments. Your learning journey forces Chris to become a better teacher. Brake work is extremely risky. Not mentioned in the video, one of the most common mistake is to forget to pump the brake before a test drive. The brake pedal will go to the floor if you don't. This can lead to an accident if you forget.
Hi Jen! I laughed so much during this video because you're just like me when it comes to working on cars...then I got goosebumps from your beautiful singing. Lastly, I cried hard at the end when I saw that you lost your Hannah. I am so sorry for your loss and I hope you're doing well. Always remember to keep her in your memories and she'll always be with you. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
So sorry to hear about your dear friend Hannah. It Makes me cry. Jen you are an inspiration to all of the human race. You're not a bad mechanic too. Chris you take care of this wonderful Lady.
So rare these days to have a friend from the earliest parts of our life into adulthood. You both were truly lucky to experience an ever lasting friendship. God bless.
I’m a huge Honda fan. I’ve had the same problem with the transmission in the past. What you can do and it does work most of the time but not all the time is; Drain the trans fluid and refill w/ new. With the front of the car still jacked up off the ground run through the gears from park to reverse to L1,L2,L3 to drive and reverse again, doing that 2-3x’s. Drain the fluid again and repeat 3-4x’s while the car is off the ground. 9 out of 10 x’s it will fix your 3rd gear problem. I’ve done it and never once it not work But if you choose to want to sell your civic, I would be interested in buying your car for my 16 year old daughter that is soon to be getting her driver license. Good luck, love your channel and your husbands too. Y’all’s auto shop is a game changer❤
Jen, you truely are an amazing editor, I was laughing at the music overlay of you wacking the lug nut and Chris wrenching - that could be a TikTok. I normally like watching Chris and his escapades, but you gal, you have a big heart and talent. I'm also so sorry to hear about the loss of your dear friend.
*Sincere Condolences to you all! Rest Easy and in peace Hannah!! We don't all understand God's plan...but, He Has a calling for Hannah to serve!! We cherish the moments we have with great people...cuz life is really short!! Sometimes its really Short!! Great Brake job btw!!:))*
That hurt,,So sorry for your loss of a best friend,,you are fearless for diving into a job like that and getting a pass from a tough marker..that was a great video ..
As a somewhat experienced mechanic i guess you could say its pretty amazing what we take for granted while working on vehicles. Most people would breeze thru a brake job without second guessing themselves. But as a beginner i found it very interesting (no offense) how someone doing this for the first time can struggle. Glad to see you saw it thru to the end and kept your head up even with the mistakes. Good work
@@jennifersugint i remember the first time i did a pad slap on a vehicle, my dad gave me the parts, jacked the car up and said have at it. I was 13 haha. Probably took me 6 hours when now i could do it in 45 min. Give it time, you will be making quick work out of this stuff
I was smiling through this whole vid. & then came the SHOCKING NEWS. You made this 59 year old man cry his ass off as I sit here now thinking about my wife that lost her life at the age of 49. SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS, LIFE CAN BE SO DAMN CRUEL & SURELY NOT FAIR. GREAT JOB JEN ON THIS VID. & THE JEEP.
Thank you for watching and I’m sad to share the news and knew it would be upsetting but it had to be shared. I’m sorry for the loss of your wife at such a young age. At least we have our memories ❤.
@@jennifersugint YES, IT HAD TO BE SHARED. I just didn't expect it, BIG LET DOWN AFTER THAT FUN VID. You put that together so " PERFECTLY ." THANKS SO MUCH, Henry from N.E PA. OH, Get Chris going on a different ride for you, he seem's like a GREAT GUY & SURELY KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.
Two beautiful soul sisters, Jen & Hannah! Great work on the brakes Jen. Keep it up. Treasure those joyful memories. I remember you all out on the river. Good times!
The universe is very strange, I started this video 3 weeks ago but didn't finish it until today. When I saw the memorial at the end it was like a gut punch, but it really startled me because I knew a different Hanna Robinson growing up, who's father worked at Martinellis Apple Juice. Yesterday, I was telling a coworker about him, and then today I finished this video. I searched him up and found out he passed away this year. I am sorry for your loss but I appreciate you sharing, I will now reach out to the old friends family as well. Thank you
So sorry to hear about your friend, Jennifer. I'm sure your friend will have been very proud of you, and that brake job you completed, you go girl! The ending was very sweet and touching, and I am glad you have so many beautiful memories to hold forever within your soul. R.I.P. Hannah 🙏
I’ve been a mechanic for 38 years, and that was so painful to watch! 🤣😂 But good on you for not being afraid of trying something new, and broadening your skill set. I’m so very sorry for your loss. ❤️🩹
I will say this Jenn that this video show cases how genuine of person you really are. I didn’t exactly understand why YOU just had to do your friends brakes and it’s importance of perfect execution. But now understanding that you were grieving and cause you couldn’t fix her you fixed what you could as I’m sure she was there with you in every silly giggle giving you strength to see it to the end. God bless you both for you honored your friend well as now a part of her lives on in me and all who were touched by you honoring her memory. Thank you Jenn and Cris
Another very enjoyable video courtesy of you Jen! Chris was such a good sport to give a "how-to" to get you started. Soon, you'll have your own monogrammed overalls.
You're an inspiration Jen, I remember learning on drum brakes when I was 17 and that was a long time ago, like almost everyone I made a mistake that would cause me to take them apart and put them together properly, I think it's only natural to be a little nervous your first time, after all they have to work properly
OMG wasn’t expecting this at the end. So young and beautiful. My heart goes out to you Jen. Prayers to the family for their loss. I’m still in shock. Just goes to show you we don’t know what what’s dealt to us down the road, live life to the fullest cause you never know. 😢
I would check the spare tire on that Jeep Liberty, because chances are that it's a 2008, nearly 16 years old tire. I would recommend to the owner to change it. It's no fun to have a flat, just to change the wheel and tire to another flat... Great video 👍
Jen I am so very sorry to hear about your friend Hannah 😥All those wonderful memories of you and Hannah will always live on in your heart and will be forever cherished.Your doing a great job with learning all about mechanics and are very inspiring.Sending my deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers from Nova Scotia ❤🙏
Oh man. The end of that video hit me like two tons of bricks. I was just kinda giggling along with you, then that. Such a lovely tribute to your friend. Not sure why, but it is impacting me more than I could ever predict. Peace.
15.19 Jen drives her Honda and a piano simultaneously! Amazing. Fixing your girlfriends stuff. Nuts. Wheel nuts! How did I get into this? How?! How!? Meanwhile, back with Chris and the best brake fix masterclass ever. It is a miracle that cars stop. Total miracle. Lucky for you, Gussman. Jen has an exceptional and unique closeness to any car part she's fixing. She sings parts into complying ... and finds a use for bits left over. Priceless! How much?! Yeah, priceless...Thanks to Jen & Chris.
Jen you have a sparkling ✨️ personality and you are so down to earth..I could watch you all day you gorgeous 😍 doll.you and Chris make a Great pair..keep the videos coming along with your great sense of humor you fox
Missed ya Jen. Inspiring to see you fighting through it. You know that lift can change elevations. Save those knees.😊 So sorry for your loss. The world is truly not fair.
Awesome thank you! We all enjoy your videos! One day you are going to have 1 million subs Jen!! . Thanks for taking us along on your adventures. 👍 @@jennifersugint
My condolences and prayers for hannah . Losing people never gets any easier, but thank you and Chris for the entertaining videos . They keep our hearts and minds filled with joy despite the losses we suffer . ❤
Jen…OMG So Sad. It must have been hard to share this with all of us, but thanks for Sharing. As for the Brake job…you always amaze us. Unless you have a lot of experience, it is hard to tell how tight a bolt should be. Chris should give you the torque wrench and the specs. That way you know the bolts are tight and you will learn the proper torque. I am still amazed at how you moved that shed by yourself!
Jennifer, thanks for sharing Hannah's story, part of letting go is sharing the memories, stories and preserving the times you shared. I would like to learn more about you two. When your channel launches, I'll be there, you're too much fun to miss. 🥰 Good job with your brake work. Side note: since you have perfect pitch...do door bells drive you nuts? F# and A or A# and F...never A and F though....grrrrrrrr
Nice job on the breaks. You did just fine for the first time. My condolences about your friend Hannah 🙏🏼 Have a very merry Christmas and happy new year.
Nobody knows how to do a job until it's been done. You have an excellent inspector to guide you and you did a good job on those brakes! At the end I choked and my eyes welled up. It wasn't that long since Hannah was on your channel. I instantly liked her and I knew she had a good heart. It's a rough experience to lose a friend like her, I know how you feel. But.. we never really die you know. The body dies, but the true essence of who we are, the part we know our selves to be, never dies. She's still around you Jennifer, right next to you. Much love to you and Chris ❤
IT’S ALWAYS EXCITING TO SEE A NEW CHALLENGE GONE AFTER WITH PERKY VIGOR LOVE WATCHING YOU ATTACK ANYTHING NEW, JUST TO LEARN AND ADD ANOTHER TALENT TO YOUR TOOL BAG. THANKS FOR SHARING AND TAKING US ALONG I LOVE IT.
First time doing a brake job and you did just fine. I always like the little cutaways you edit in, I was waiting for a junior mint to land in the caliper 😊. Great job on the brakes and the video 👍😀 Truly sorry for your loss, someday hopefully in the far distant future you'll see her again in a better place.😢
Good one Brad. The flying junior mint. If I hadn’t spent so many years watching the originals and the reruns I wouldn’t have caught that. Somehow I hope that is the winning jeopardy question that gets me millions instead of doing the homework. Cheers to you!
Jen, I couldn't believe that one day I could cry in watching one of your videos. May your friend Hannah rest in peace. I'm sure she'll always have an eye on you. 😢🙏💞
I certainly didn’t want to make you guys sad, but there was no way I couldn’t honor her at the end of the video, and it was her birthday yesterday. Thanks so much for the support ❤. It means a lot to hear from all of you guys.
i love how Jen always is super careful and insecure about doing mechanical and construction things but eventually gets the job done. It cant be easy with such a unethusiastic teacher such as Chris. lol . Jk, you guys are a great match. Sorry for your loss, may Hannah find ease and peace.
Hi Jen thanks for having the courage to post this video. It's easy to see your new to some of this wrencing stuff . I think your shop teacher is excellent. Oh Also on your Civic check your shift Silinoids my 2000 accord has 4 of them they where clogged up and my 2nd to 3rd shift did the same thing . If there clogged up it will cause that. Love your edits and humor and the music placement is perfect . I like how you got the hammer hit to match the snare in the song :-) . Bass players notice that stuff 😂
Did you end up replacing the solenoids or did you brake clean them out and how many did you replace? I've always thought Hondas were fun and peppy but had weak trans. Had one that would flash the D light and felt like the cat was plugged because it wouldn't go into 4th or something. Long long ago when I was a kid.
Screen and everyone was plugged to the 10th degree . I had the codes and the lights on the Trans display too. That was 180,000. I did the cleaning and new fluid and have 220,00, and it's still going . I the car for 200 bucks from a friend it was at a Trans shop and he was told it needed to be replaced . Hondas in this year range are known for weak Trans but at the same time, their motors are known to be bulletproof .
Hope you dont take this wrong , but Chris sucks as a teacher, He will get better with age. Admittedly It is WAY more difficult with those close to us. I had a general repair shop for 43 years and more apprentices' than I can remember. The greatest reward is when you witness your student become the teacher.
@doctorprick2843 no not at all Doc in a perfect world Chris shows he's experienced but to teach is way different . No one can learn without some guide ,he does a good job but if he went into all the technical stuff she would be lost . It's just a show so you have to take that into consideration . I get 43 years makes you qualified to say what you said and can respect your right to say it.
Hi Jennifer, and what's his name. I'm 75, and my memory isn't that good, but I think it's Chris or something like that. Sorry to hear about Hannah passing away. All of us are born to live and live to die. It's what happens in between that matters. You did a fantastic job on those breaks; I learned a few things. My wife's dishwasher just broke down. With your incredible skill, could you repair it for her? We're tired of eating on paper plates, plastic grasses, and utensils. Have a nice day, and keep those videos coming!
Good god that is insane how tight those lug nuts were on! Good thing she did not have a flat out on the highway. And yes , some never seize would have helped the situation.
Hey Jen, really sorry for your loss. I was really enjoying the video, it was a great video. However, never expected the ending. It really made me sad. I remember this quote, "how lucky I am to have loved someone or something that saying goodbye to was so damn awful" Cancer sucks! I'm really glad you included Hanna in your video, it was a great tribute to her. I can't imagine how hard that was for you to do.
Damn Jen, I`m crying cause I kinda feel your pain. I cannot even feel a tiny bit of the pain you must feel after a loss like your experiencing losing a friend like Hannah. Many people can edit but few can make the viewer FEEL like you can. Add to that your voice, and just the overall projection of love you portray. Makes you the awesome person you are. I hope Chris realizes how blessed he is to have you as a partner. I can only hope Hannah found Christ before her passing and hope the same for you guys. Its the most important thing in this world "to do."
I got chills reading your comment and I’m tearing up. Thank you for everything you said. She had her final sacrament at the hospital before she passed. She was at peace with what what happening. ❤❤
The video was awesome with little bit's of your lovely singing voice, interspersed with a bit of spannering. But the total kick in the guts at the end, I'm so sorry for the loss of your Hannah. When you have a friend for life it doesn't matter if they leave early as they're in your heart forever anyway? Please do more on Chris's video's too as you strike off each other in so many sweet way's it warms the cockles of my heart. Love from Norfolk UK ❤
Oh my goodness. I did not read the description and came upon the portion concerning that lovely young lady, Hannah. I cannot imagine everyone's pain and sorrow at losing this vibrant young person from their lives. So sorry for dear Hannah and everyone that is touched by her passing.
Nice. I’m laying here in bed with a torn up knee in extreme pain basically bed ridden waiting on a MRI. I called my friend Lonnie who I met in the Army when we were 20. We are both 58 now. He lives 100 miles away. I called as said I need some help and he dropped everything and is waiting on me hand and foot. Two brothers could not be closer, a true friend is hard to find and a blessing. I thank God for him. I hope your friend and you stay as close and true as we have, God Bless.
So so sorry about your huge loss of your very good friend Hannah. it seems you had some very fun times and you were very special to her. I am certain your wonderful friendship meant the world to her. God bless.
You're wonderful. I hope you continue doing what you do. Even in the dark times of losing a dear friend you have many many wonderful memories to hold dear in your heart. The light and life you bring to your videos and Chris's as well as he to yours I hope reflects inwards and keeps your heart full.
I am certainly holding on to the memories with Hannah and am so grateful for them. Thanks for you kind words. I really appreciate your donation so much as well.

I’ve done it and never once it not work But if you choose to want to sell your civic, I would be interested in buying your car for my 16 year old daughter that is soon to be getting her driver license. Good luck, love your channel and your husbands too.
Y’all’s auto shop is a game changer❤
Yay! I love the "Jen Fixes Stuff" content! More please, as often as you can.
2nd that
the editing is brilliant! I love the music and all references.
Just never enough rumba music in these videos. Don’t know what your missing until you here it. Hits the spot!
So Sorry to see your friend Hannah go so early in life . R.I.P. Hanna
56:30 yeah Jen, that was really good!! I do love that song too!!
Thankful.
Good work
No offense taken! I know I have a lot to learn. And thanks. 😁
@@jennifersugint i remember the first time i did a pad slap on a vehicle, my dad gave me the parts, jacked the car up and said have at it. I was 13 haha. Probably took me 6 hours when now i could do it in 45 min. Give it time, you will be making quick work out of this stuff
@@derekfelber743 that’s a fun story lol. And I hope so. 😁
@@jennifersugint you have persistence and chris’s guidance. You got this!
So very sorry to hear of the passing of your friend, Jen. What a beautiful tribute. Also, congrats on the brake job!
Was alot of fun watching, there singing and laughter to, good video, 1:07:04 made my day more exciting, thank u, I got u subscribed🤙
You put that together so " PERFECTLY ."
THANKS SO MUCH, Henry from N.E

OH, Get Chris going on a different ride for you, he seem's like a GREAT GUY & SURELY KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.
Great now I’m crying. Thank you for sharing with us an emotion moment.
That’s too bad … sorry for your loss … from Canada ❤
God bless and so sorry for your loss. Best of luck on the new channel.
My heart goes out to you Jen for the loss of your treasured friend, this would have made her smile and you will see her again in heaven 😊
I'm not a car geek or shadetree mechanic, but I really like Chris and Jen. I love Jen's mannerisms and the way she adresses the camera.
In the UK a motor apprentice did 40 hours for 50 weeks for 5 years. That’s 10000 hours. You are doing brilliantly.
OMG wasn’t expecting this at the end. So young and beautiful. My heart goes out to you Jen. Prayers to the family for their loss. I’m still in shock. Just goes to show you we don’t know what what’s dealt to us down the road, live life to the fullest cause you never know. 😢
Love your singing voice Jen ❤ your such a sweetheart and very beautiful woman as well .
Ms. Jennifer, just be yourself. Do not worry about what others think. If you are perky, you are perky. Oh and more Gus!
I would check the spare tire on that Jeep Liberty, because chances are that it's a 2008, nearly 16 years old tire. I would recommend to the owner to change it. It's no fun to have a flat, just to change the wheel and tire to another flat... Great video 👍
Owner passed away 😢
Jen I am so very sorry to hear about your friend Hannah 😥All those wonderful memories of you and Hannah will always live on in your heart and will be forever cherished.Your doing a great job with learning all about mechanics and are very inspiring.Sending my deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers from Nova Scotia ❤🙏
Oh man. The end of that video hit me like two tons of bricks. I was just kinda giggling along with you, then that.
Such a lovely tribute to your friend. Not sure why, but it is impacting me more than I could ever predict.
Peace.
Love your videos Jen, the movie out takes and the music are hilarious 😂! Your awesome, Can’t wait till the next one!
Jen you have a sparkling ✨️ personality and you are so down to earth..I could watch you all day you gorgeous 😍 doll.you and Chris make a Great pair..keep the videos coming along with your great sense of humor you fox

this channel and his channel have so much potential. his knowledge and your sense of humor make these videos fun to watch
My condolences about your friend Hannah 🙏🏼
Have a very merry Christmas and happy new year.
THANKS FOR SHARING AND TAKING US ALONG I LOVE IT.
thanks Greg!
First time doing a brake job and you did just fine. I always like the little cutaways you edit in, I was waiting for a junior mint to land in the caliper 😊. Great job on the brakes and the video 👍😀
Truly sorry for your loss, someday hopefully in the far distant future you'll see her again in a better place.😢
@jennifersugint You honored Hannah very well. It is moving.
i love how Jen always is super careful and insecure about doing mechanical and construction things but eventually gets the job done. It cant be easy with such a unethusiastic teacher such as Chris. lol . Jk, you guys are a great match. Sorry for your loss, may Hannah find ease and peace.
Sorry for the loss of your friend. It looks like you two shared a lot of great moments together. I can see that Hannah was a good friend.
@@LAactor hi LAactor . I cleaned them all out . Each one has a small
Great to see you back i missed you 💗 love you Jen ❤️😘
Missed you all too! Glad to be back 😁
Sorry for the loss of your friend 😢 you did a great job on the brakes, you and Chris are great love NNKH👍
Tell Lonnie he's a good man and a good friend
So so sorry about your huge loss of your very good friend Hannah. it seems you had some very fun times and you were very special to her. I am certain your wonderful friendship meant the world to her. God bless.
Wow Jen. I didn't expect to be shedding tears at the end of this video. I feel your pain. Goodbye Hannah
You're wonderful. I hope you continue doing what you do. Even in the dark times of losing a dear friend you have many many wonderful memories to hold dear in your heart. The light and life you bring to your videos and Chris's as well as he to yours I hope reflects inwards and keeps your heart full.
