But I'm beginning a new meditation practice today, and I've never done a whole class of sun--salutations. So perfect way to begin a new day, practice and many other celebrations of life.
I really like your short practices, especially the hip openers. I like to hold the stretches just a bit longer then flow through! But that would turn the 14 minutes into 20! Thanks!

Love your variety of practice and classes. I have severe arthritis in my left hip and use to be an avid yogi. My range of motion is limited on the L but R side is good. I would appreciate your input and alternate poses, in addition to more hip strength videos! That one was perfect!

Thanks, Kassandra, I enjoyed that. I had to do the first 4 poses with my cat sitting on my chest and stomach - a bit awkward but nice and warm! Once I had to move her to go into tabletop, she decided to occupy the end of my mat, so all the rest of the practice was done with her between my feet or behind me!
I twinged a muscle in my hip yesterday during my boot camp workout. This flow felt sooo good this morning, and my hip feels much better for it. Thanks!! 🙏
Ahh such a lovely quick stretch! The tip about letting the opposite knee drop outwards as a counter balance in half happy baby was really useful 👍🏻 I was wondering, in butterfly fold, if I relax, my big toes come apart - should I press them back together or is this alright?
