Having good equips Is absolutely necessary, having S+ equips is just crucial, every time I get a good roll on a equipment I fell like the entire Bandai is coming inside me, it’s just crazy

For example if i have 1 Vegeta and 2 Goku units and give the Vegeta unit the EQ with said restriction, does he get the buff or not? Im not sure because some passives say sth like "if (insert tag) OTHER than this battle member" (which means its obviously not working) and some just say it the way i quoted at the top. It's not quite clear to me thx :)

honestly i dont think so, he's not a biological lifeform that can train and get stronger. He's already designed to be at a set level. Although i do think modificatios can be made to make him stronger
