Melissa, you are not alone. I am supposed to find out what type lymphoma I have on 2/23/21. Much like you I had no symptoms and all of a sudden I had a lump in my neck. Went through an ultrasound, CT scan and FNA. Last Monday I had an incisional biopsy because all the other steps were inconclusive. I hoped the pathology report would have come today, but that didn't happen. My research has determined lymphoma is very treatable with great success. My thoughts are focused on non-hodgskin or Hodgkins and what stage. Stay positive and think about a support group. Being all alone will not help your healing process. I wish you well.

Thanks for your video! I was just diagnosed two days ago. Its hard emotionally but God is keeping me strong. I focus on Him and everything just gets small. I can't stand people treating me like a sick person, but I love friends who are with me. The support is nice. I can't wait to start this treatment and get it over with. Its like getting the courage to jump off a cliff and into the ocean. Remember, this too shall pass! I wish you the best!!

Hey there, let's say I had a good prognosis a couple of years ago and my family doctor who was the one I informed him about all of this at the time, said that my nodes are probably infected but now due to doctors mistreatments and failure to render me a treatment, my lymph nodes are continuously increasing in size and number and my concerns is not even a concern to doctors. I know deep down, they did this to me purposely because something could have been done to combat this issue. I live in Canada a fucking dog receives a treatment but I don't.

1- sue 2- try another hospital cuz some people say they have good outcomes from Canadian docs. 3- if 2 fails you, come to America.

Sara Prio you must seriously want attention so bad. Leaving multiple comments about white privilege on other people’s lymphoma videos as well. Take your anger somewhere else

This sounds so familiar. I found out last week from an ENT through a needle biopsy that I had lymphoma. On Monday I had a PET scan and 2 days ago I had surgery. They just removed enough lymph nodes to test to see what kind of camber their dealing with. I have to follow up with an oncologist. The systems just appeared a month ago. Other than that I'm pretty healthy so this was a shocker. Thanks for sharing your story.

Don't be so sad and so stressed, Don't think you got a very big disease in your body, many patients like you just became cancer free after one or two chemo the only thing you need to believe that you gonna free of cancer very soon. Medical science is so advance these days so don't be sad or in fear. Remember fear in cancer is not good for patient.

It is PERFECTLY OK to depend on somebody sometimes. When others need you, be there. It sounds like you have stage 1 type and is easily fixable. I know a teenager who had worser symptoms than you do. She made it through chemo etc. She lost hair, but she looked cuter though. She is back to school (MIT) and sports. Consider yourself lucky and be prepared to help others. You are gonnabe just fine.

Sometimes Lymphoma can be caused by a virus. Perhaps sometimes even specific ones or so. Please check that. A friend has gone into remission after we discussed some things about it and then considered actions against it as if it were one. It's possible it may have been what helped him because he improved pretty soon after that. And his improvement has stayed. I apologize how my entry here has a book cover as that is the way it tags me when I comment. Remove it as you wish but look into the virus side of this.

inflammation of lymph nodes usually means an illness from bacteria or virus...it's obvious it is something like a virus, the smart docs just have no clue what this thing causing cancer is. The whole genetic thing is not 100% dependable. I think it's like a virus that attacks your immune system (messin up the white cells and red ones too) and mutations occur/escalate from chemicals in foods and drinks or even the air due to weakened system. So chemicals make it grow faster. That's just my lil theory tho-.-

You still alive? I just found a lump in my neck and armpit. I do not feel sick at all, nada. Anyway my doctor said just to take it one step at a time, don't worry, and she would order up some lab tests, a biopsy next week, and do you need any xanax? No no no no no I am not worried! lol
