Amazing how each different species has such different needs!🌥⛅🌤🌞 Thank you for sharing! I would love to watch you moving plants...I bet that will be a handful!👨🔧👨🌾👨🏭
Looks like you’ll be needing help eating all this dragon fruit! Let me know when to come by I’ll be happy to drive down from SF Bay Area to help you! 😂
Hey I’ve got two cuttings of sugar dragon and they have been sitting in a pot of soil for like the last three months and haven’t done a single thing any advice
With sugar dragon if you have a mature cutting it’s stubborn to root but in my experience with mature sugar dragon cuttings they just have to be in a very warm/humid environment I normally eat them be with no water or soil it it rooted
I have Sugar dragon fruit cactus I started from seeds 4 years ago and they are only 1 1/2 feet long and 2 inches in diameter right now. They are getting partial sun, but seem to be growing a lot faster this year.

It’s usually a spiny outcome, lol. Thanks for watching

I'd love to get a cutting from that Hana variety.
I happen to have a large one that’s rooted.

Do you know if they rooted? Dragonfruit cuttings can occasionally take months to show new growth

Bummer. Some can be stubborn. I score the bottom with a knife and tip the top to get them to have a growth response. Try that :)
I don’t suppose you have a Hana cutting you’d be willing to ship to Oahu?
Maybe someday. Can’t you get one from Maui, where it’s from?
