In so many dishes like cookies add honey and bake at high temperature.2nd only honey cant cook alone but if you are added with other ingredients it will fine.It will give colour otherwise you can skip honey and add sugar and one more thing if you cook honey at very high temp for longer then 2hr it will harmful bt here only bake for few mts at moderate temp
