Wow...that was really intense, lol. This type of a song would not normally be my cup of tea, but it just worked so brilliantly with the footage. Really enjoyed the ride, especially the bridge portion. Definite thumbs up, and going straight to the favorites.
Thank you! I used a Canon 7D DSLR camera to film this. I mount my camera on a Manfrotto tripod that's set up on the passenger floorboard of my car. Thanks for watching!
Excellent video. Know what you mean about heavy traffic heading up to the NE using 95. I love how you just sort of slide into the NJ - NY area almost without even noticing. Some creative use of the right shoulder by some commuters @ the start of the video ...
Excellent work, I like the new opening, not a fan of Thoroughgood but I must admit, the song really worked well with the video, which means it was a great choice, lol! You had some interesting skies to work with too, great ride!
It is now 2019, I-95 now connects from Pennsylvania to the NJTP so you can go to NYC without hopping off of I-95, you can still take the DE Memorial Bridge to the NJTP, that way it'll be faster if you want to bypass I-95, but you will be back on I-95 on the NJTP after Exit 6.
2023 interstate 295 north to Ewing is about 70-80 miles from Delaware and the Scudder falls bridge is big and carry’s South 295 to Princeton 295 South exit 76 February 19 2023 295 exnteds to. Bristol pa north 295 to Ewing nj
sorry if i am not familiar with US road rules but at 1:02-1:03, there was a car build up, the lane at the right was that a shoulder lane and there were cars passing through the shoulder?
Great video. Hope you didn't get any ticket. I am wondering what kind of camera or camcorder you used to shoot the video and how you mounted it on the dash board. The video looks very smooth even on the bumpy road.
1:12 -- There was no I-95 in Delaware until that Turnpike opened in 1963. The road from the Route 141 interchange into NJ is I-295, and was never I-95. How do you arrive at 1955? The Delaware Memorial Bridge and the approach road (now part of I-295) from US 13 opened in 1951.
They are not supposed to be doing that and they can be pulled over and ticketed by police. But some people (not all) have little regard for traffic laws and will effectively cut in line. This can also be dangerous because there might be an accident on the shoulder and they risk running right into it.

Bridge seen at 2:22 has been removed. It dated back to 1963 and was replaced by a more conventional 270 degree clockwise loop.
95 miles from home via interstate 295 northbound in 70-80 miles in 2023

Thanks for the ride! What kind of camera do you use? Your vids come out so clear!

No it is $4 each way. That said, the toll is right at the DE/MD state line and there are ways to bypass it (which many do).
Just to not confuse anyone, I am referring to I-95 (Delaware Turnpike). The Memorial Bridge is $4 round trip.

So the $4 toll covers round trip, right?
Interstate 295 South New Jersey exit 76 to exit 67 Southbound October 2022
Well there is maintenance. Do you stop putting gas in your car and changing the oil after you have paid a car off?
approx $400,000 per day and $2,800,000 tolls collected per week profit are the bridges paid for yet?

The snowbirds need reassurance that NY is still next to NJ? ;)
