Happy 4 years! We started our journeys 2 months apart so I’ll be 4 years in Sept and our growth has been at the same pace. I’m so grateful I found you so early in my journey (2020!). We have a similar texture and my hair is also fine. If I had not come across your channel I would’ve been in loc envy purgatory comparing my hair to other creators who do not have a similar texture. It’s been super grounding and set realistic expectations for what my hair would look like and I appreciate that sooo much! Thanks for sharing w/ us 😍

Dae You are the best. I have followed you since 2020. You gave me the courage to start this journey again after i discontinued my first journey which only lasted 4months. You have showed me that fine hair can be scalpy and beautiful and My hair is unique for me. Now i just do what suits the health of my hair, face and style. Not all styles i love are good for my hair. Some of them cause a lot of tension and some just make my fine hair look too scalpy and empty. Thank you for all that you do for us for free. God bless you

I can truly say that I was one of those ladies who felt that I would be trapped into locs without any versatility but I was incredibly shocked in such a good way ! I don’t do a lot of styles with my locs but I absolutely love them. Your videos and conversations have been so informative and encouraging. Congrats on 4 years! I started mine in August 2020 during the pandemic as well. Boy, thank God for your videos. I’m still not an expert at retwisting my hair on my own but I’ll get there soon. Whenever I retwist my hair it just doesn’t last but I think it’s because I’m not using the right product. 😢

I tried to loc my hair 2years ago with 2strand twist then couldn't stand the frizz after 1 month then took them down. I'm starting my loc journey again,I twisted my hair 2 days ago, this time i will hold until the end,🙏🏽 I love the loc community, i want to show as well that we can be elegant with locs🎉😊
