Very nice, what's not to like, rich butter shortbread , apples and dark rum. Very tasty, and i like prunes too.Like the glazed crab apples and gold leaf touch, very classy. Just like to mention, if i had managed to peel the skin off an apple in one go, i'd be doing a lap of honour round the work station. Thank You Eric.
