That's awesome. I'm in northern Utah. I needed a change of job after 20 years cutting meat, so I quit and was planning to get my CDL and be a long haul trucker. But apparently I didn't know the standard to be a trucker today is being able to walk in water and heal the blind! All because of a couple speeding tickets in the last couple years so that went out the window. Lol
As a driver, this video just warms my heart. I already love your channel, and now this (you) just makes me so happy and proud! I look forward to more! I've been to most of the places you've put in the video.

My oldest brother use to drive cross country for a company that would allow family members to ride along. I went quite a few times(some authorized and some not) when I was kid. I got to see a lot of the south and midwest. I think my favorite was go-cart racing in Alabama while the truck was being serviced.
My dad drove for 30 yrs. I went with him often. I loved it

Wow, I'm impressed. I was in trucking for several years and now in shipping logistics, interacting with truckers everyday, so this was especially interesting to watch. Who knows maybe you will walk into our warehouse one day, lol.
As a truck drivers 22 years now, hope you enjoy . Its rough starting out. But now I drive locally and an home every night. I do miss over the road at times.
Trucking can be fun and exciting when you get to visit so many different places. I've been driving trucks for a number of years now. What most people don't see is how much time you are sitting and waiting to either pickup or drop off a load. I am happy to be on a dedicated account and home most nights. Congrats on the job!

Well isn't that just amazing!! It takes a special breed to be able to drive big rigs. My brother in law did it for 35 years until his heart started acting up. Me, I couldn't do it. I hate half hour drives to town. LOL I loved the vlog, but was a bit disappointed that we didn't get to see your face the entire video. Stay safe out there, and keep alert!
It's easier now that most lorries. Trucks are automatic instead of 22 gears lol

Best way to get to know the country and when i say "Know the country" i mean you get to know it like the back of your hand,or at least the areas you travel. Happy motoring Shiloh. Be careful out there! As big and all as your rig is, unfortunately there's a LOT of uneducated car drivers that just don't see them, or realize the amount of blind spots that you have, especially wet weather driving. Great job.

That is very cool girl. I was a cross-country truck driver for a long time and I miss it very much. I started out as an owner-operator until maintenance and fuel costs got me. I even got to drive team with my father for a while for a company called FFE. I was also at Trans-am for a while, which was where I first experienced an automatic 10 speed transmission. I like you even more now that I know, if that's possible. I have a great deal of experience hauling everything imaginable and working on'em to so if you ever need an opinion on anything I'd be happy to help. BTW, my favorite showers were at Petro or T/A, 2nd would be Pilot or Luvs. I really miss driving and my Freightliner Classic XL condo sleeper. Please make more video's so I can re-live my past with you.

Loved it!!! I drove a Rig in the late 70's after I got out of the Navy hauling Live Cattle up in Nebraska, and other western states, I loved driving, I did it for about 2 years and got tired of smelling like Cow Shit 24/7 so I hung it up!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loved your video!!!

Also have to say that this video was oddly interesting lol. Maybe it's because from my perspective it's unique, who knows.
