Excellent point!!! I offer my sincere apology for using Coffeemate (I had just finished my training), which also contains corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. Ugh! NOT HEALTHY!!! I make all my ice cream now with Coconut Milk/Almond Milk and I do not use Agave Nectar any longer either. This demonstration should be viewed as a learning tool in how simple it is to make ice cream in the Blendtec. You can use whatever products you like.
This is absolutely the best thing in my kitchen; this has the potential to change one's life--I used to eat lots of meat, rarely any fruit and vegetables, Now I start my day with an veggie and fruit smoothie and I absolutely love it. Just by changing my breakfast to these types of beverages, I have lost weight and am more energized. Best thing ever!
The motor underneath lets off a slight smell and it's a little loud ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zEUHq but considering it's size and how hard it works to do the job, it's sort of expected. I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!
Just ordered the new 500 dolar Blendtec desiner model off Blendtec web site for my Xmas!! I have never had a Blendtec so I splurged with the beautiful Champagne color!! It is not out yet, it is wait listed.. I better LOVE it!!
You may need to add more ice to help it thicken more. Here's some other recipes you can try: SPINACH ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS: 6 fl oz almond milk, 2 fl oz agave nectar, 1 tsp almond extract, 1/4 c vanilla whey protein powder, 1 oz avocado, 3 c spinach, 3 ½ c ice cubes. INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Ice Cream.” VARIATIONS: Use non-fat dried milk in place of protein powder.
So he uses Coffeemate to avoid lactose for those who are lactose-intolerant, but then he adds in whey protein which has lactose. He didn't think that one through.
Ew, CoffeeMate? Disgusting! It's all chemicals, and NOT something you should use as a base for a dessert! And why is MORE sweetener being added? That vanilla coffee creamer is beyond sweet.
I really wanted to hear your instructions, but you were talking while the blender was running. I missed a lot. Thank you for the demonstration, and for the recipe
someone please tell me if this can make just regular cream? I need some blender or mixer to make a cream for a cake and boht ours are down ;( Need a new one anyways and this blender is great, but I might as well buy 2 different products for the same price of this 1 blender instead.
I cannot hear about the ingredient - the tasty (sweet) like sugar or the thing can substitude the sugar. What is it ?? Please send the name to me (the time is 1"20"")
just hold the top down to steady it. I have an older heavier one refurbished for 150 that was used at a smoothie shop and i am satisfied for the price. I think you should sale it and get a vitamin because they are the best
***** Agave is one of the worst but this guy is just spouting what all the clueless nutritionists say over and over. Ice cream should be a 'Treat' only made with real honest ingredients- mile cream, sugar fruit. Then go for a walk- its not the calories but the carbs you need to control. Stop using soy- its poison
Agave has almost the exact same amount of fructose and glucose as honey. There is no such thing as a better alternative to sugar, since all sugars are basic carbs and they all spike insulin the same amount. Honey is probably the best metabolised when raw and unlikely to cause sugar crash as long you don't overdo it due to the addition of polyphenolic compounds, antioxidants and such in the bits of honey comb and pollen left over from not using an overly large micron filter and the lack of heat treating. 2nd would be proper maple syrup which is pretty high in trace minerals like manganese and 3rd would be any unrefined sugar..Agave has next to no nutrtional value and is no different to eating refined table sugar regardless of what hacks like Dr Oz say
why is the beldntec demonstrations so focused on uber healthy stuff, im considering buying one for milkshakes, cocktails, and general food prep work. but mostly as a smoothie, shake, cocktail bar blender. i would love to see some full fat, full flavour, milkshake and alcoholic blended cocktail recipes done as demonstrations so people can see everything it can do
If you are looking for a HEALTHY non dairy ice cream, best to not follow his ingredients in this video - so many healthier alternatives available such as nut milk, oat milk etc and he is using an unhealthy cream substitute (CoffeeMate) - yuck!. I just ordered a Blendtec that comes with a recipe book, I certainly hope this is not an example of the recipes included - if so, I can throw it in the trash (the recipe book). Also, as others have said, agave is a very unhealthy sweetener. Raw honey, maple syrup, stevia (and a few others) are all much better alternatives. And whey protein in a nondairy option...I don’t think so. Maybe Blendtec is all about blending capability but they have no interest in authentically healthy eating? Hmmm Another excellent option is to make banana “nice”cream with frozen bananas. And you can add other fruit in with it for other flavors :)
You can just get a Vitamix. You know that ugly tamper y'all love to make fun of? Makes it so you don't need extra liquid, and the ice cream comes out thick.
Star of success my ass, you guys are always in competition with Vitamix and I might add always trying to play catch up. I will stick to my Vitamin thank you. The ONLY good thing about Blendtec is the funny Will It Blend videos, other than that leave the real work to Vitamix.
Vitamix screwed up with the all purpose jars. Can't make nut butter in them really. The older ones might be okay but I'd rather have one of these for nut butter and other stuff like sorbet.
Agave is not better for you. Its purpose processed sugar It's pretty much like crappy corn syrup. Stevia erythitol and xylitol are the only sweetners you should ever use. Even too much raw honey is bad for you. They raise blood sugars. Stick to the real stuff

rule one of cooking shows : never talk while blender is on -____-"
Had a taste for Spinach Ice Cream. Whipped up a batch. PERFECT! Soooo refreshing!
Wow! Can’t wait to try that recipe! I’m amazed how well this blender is! It’s probably my favorite blender I’ve ever purchased.
Just ordered the new 500 dolar Blendtec desiner model off Blendtec web site for my Xmas!! I have never had a Blendtec so I splurged with the beautiful Champagne color!! It is not out yet, it is wait listed.. I better LOVE it!!
Wow, It can do more than blend phones.

Ok this was amazing! I made it super fast and the taste is crazy good! Thank you :)
So he uses Coffeemate to avoid lactose for those who are lactose-intolerant, but then he adds in whey protein which has lactose. He didn't think that one through.
Blended Vitamins and uses agave to lower glycemic index while using sugar laden creamer😂. Happy for the basic demo though, thx!
I love my blendtec
this guy is good.
The bes blender ever!
fantastic...I should make some ice cream...
Ew, CoffeeMate? Disgusting! It's all chemicals, and NOT something you should use as a base for a dessert! And why is MORE sweetener being added? That vanilla coffee creamer is beyond sweet.
Will this work on the classic blendtec?
What do you use in place of agave nectar now?
It's whisper quiet!
Здравствуйте. Как можно купить миксер этой фирмы, если я из России? Есть такая возможность?
it's called Agave Nectar
Isn’t it already sweet from the creamer?
I tried this at a costco demonstration this shit is fire.
I really wanted to hear your instructions, but you were talking while the blender was running. I missed a lot. Thank you for the demonstration, and for the recipe

I tried this at home and it melted very quickly and I coils not scoop it. How does this look out of the blender?
I cannot hear about the ingredient - the tasty (sweet) like sugar or the thing can substitude the sugar.
What is it ?? Please send the name to me (the time is 1"20"")
use a banana instead of the cream and sugar..
The good thing about spinach is that it has no taste so you can make anything and add it and it won't affect the taste
just hold the top down to steady it. I have an older heavier one refurbished for 150 that was used at a smoothie shop and i am satisfied for the price. I think you should sale it and get a vitamin because they are the best
Not going to get a sugar high? Isn't that the point of ice cream?
Why use non dairy creamer and then add in whey protein???
Spinach has a lot of oxalates which is an issue for your kidney as well as heart health.
Agave is one of the worst sugars you can put into your body.....its about 90% fructose.
***** Agave is one of the worst but this guy is just spouting what all the clueless nutritionists say over and over. Caleb Land just put stevia leaves in it to sweeten it. The grow easy in a tiny pot on the window.
why do you say soy is poison?

So my girlfriend likes ice cream, and NOT smoothies. Because that looks like her “smoothies”.

C’est vraiment les Américains, vous ne faites rien comme nous.
Agave is so bad for you
He left restroom and does not use gloves.🤮🤮🤮🤮
