FACTS!!! BIG KAHUNA CHEESESTEAK IS THE BEST ONE THEY HAVE BUT THESE NEW ONES ARE REALLY GOOD TOO. HE IS RIGHT ABOUT THEIR SMOKY SOUTHWEST TASTE SIMILAR TO THEIR CHIPOTLE SAUCE.

King, I highly recommend you check out Shami Falafel in Hackensack. Local family owned place that makes amazing Shawarma sandwiches. Their lunch deals for $12 can’t be beat, you get a shawarma sandwich (chicken is standard, $1 up charge for lamb, beef or kofta), seasoned fries and a can of soda.
I’m sooooo happy that they’re opening a new Jersey Mike’s in Brooklyn for the first time this summer!

We don’t really have Italian delis out here in NorCal like that. And the one we DO have left is like 100-years-old. It opens at 8AM! Which is great! But it also closes at 2PM 😂

I think I’d order the Southwest cheesesteak. It looked really good. Still have to try their Rosemary Parm bread. I always go with the Original bread. Glad you tried both so I could see and hear your review on each one. 👏🏻😋👍🏻
I've never been a fan of chicken cheesesteaks even though I like chicken options most of the time, like even with tacos. I will say I also always get my fajitas with steak so that could be a factor. We recently got a few Jersey Mikes here in Alaska so I might have to drive across town and try one though. I've only had them when vacationing before and I'm a sucker for the italian style stuff.

I love jersey mikes I legit get the same thing but I did not they had different bread they just automatically bust out the same old same old so I will be ordering that bread next time. And def gonna try that red relish sauce too. Keep it going King!!!

Jersey Mike’s rocks it with their subs, and that Smoky Southwestern cheese steak was so good! I’m going to try that Salsa Verde Chicken cheese steak. They really do make excellent cheesesteaks. The Italian is always a winner. Thank you for the review.

I used to get the Italian hoagies at one of the original Mike's Subs. Yeah, dang, I'm old. Jersey Mike's isn't quite as good as the mom & pop sub places at the shore, but it's so close when I get a #13, I feel like I'm at the beach again. I just wish they used spicy capicola instead of the mild. Then it would be near perfect. As for cheese steaks, I love the Big Kahuna.

For the best cheesesteak in New Jersey please try MeatHeadz Cheesesteak in Lawrence Twp, NJ down Route #1. Jersey Mikes is good, but MeatHeadz is the best!!!

I tried them in Middletown ny because I was seeing everyone tell me how good they are and honestly felt like I wasted my money wasn't that good like I was told maybe it's just that location
If you ever find yourself in Michigan there’s a sandwich chain called Jersey Giant Subs. You’ve gotta try the #6 The Boss and make sure you get the sweet peppers on the side (they’re so good).
Personally I’ve always dressed my #6 the same way as “Mike’s way” from Jersey Mike’s. I think Jersey Giant is better and their giant is also bigger than Jersey Mike’s

I get it, people don't like chains, and I always prefer to support Mom & Pop. But the cheesesteaks at Jersey Mike's aren't bad. Of course, I live in the land of GREAT cheesesteaks (Lillo's, Mama's, Gouldsburger's, Corson's, Brynn Bradley, SmashBros, etc.) but if people have a Jersey Mike's closer to them, go for it, and don't feel bad about it. Nice review!
