Chef and food expert Alton Brown said for people to just ignore those "dates". He said that most food will keep for much longer than that; if it's properly stored.
Hope you know you can freeze bread and buns and the same tipe off stuuf. If you leave it out to defrost on it's own it's as fresh as when you put it into the freezer. Would help to take more and donate more 👍
