She shares random items archetype with Faust and platinum but I actually see a lot of the set play mechanics of Jack O with her cannons, or even Kokonoe(no push pull mechanics but the canon setup forethought reminds me of the magnets). Like many Granblue characters she seems to be inspired by multiple characters from fighting games. Ferry is similar to a long limb character like dhalsim from SF and particularly amane from BlazBlue but it's also not hard to see how her oki game reminds you of Millia. Randon item characters exist in platform fighters too like Pacman but it doesn't make them play like Faust. Faust while known for summoning items also falls into the "goofy" character archetype like Fang from SFV. So to think this character has any Faust qualities besides random items is strange especially considering there is another peppy bouncy playful girl who summons random items already in another arcsys fighter, Platinum, is strange.
the only followup plat has is just the move where she just cycles the item right? don't know much about strive but i prefer the way faust random projectiles give both players times to play around them, and faust himself has other strong options to interact and force opponent. plat feels more barebone after a certain level, guess that's why she never placed well in arc revo

I can definitely see her as a sub, but I'll still give her an honest effort before I write her off. I'm going to make use of all of my season pass. Going to even buy the S2 season pass when that's available.
