I had to slow down some of your rolls to .25 speed to even understand. For future videos I recommend putting more slow-mo on specific spins so I can see what the fingers are doing. If not, I'll just keep manually slowing it. Thanks for the moves though!

I kind of learned a repeater version of this on accident when I was just playing around with different finger rolls and rollovers. If you start in the reverse position on the safe handle and do the first half of a Zen Rollover around your thumb, you can turn your palm up during the rollover part and go directly into the index roll over with your index pointed upward. From there, you just complete the index roll and end up holding the bite handle. Perform another rollover from that position and you are now holding it in position to do another thumb rollover. Rinse and repeat.

Hey Jelly, ur tutorial really helped me to make a simple but flashy (imo) combo, here it is, whip rollover holding bite handle (index roll to wrist pass), after finishing one 0g chaplin spin, to an opened grip with the bite handle facing you, then the valorant thumb roll to basic vertical chaplin, close it and another chaplin but horizontal, ik u can try it since its simple, (btw IM 10 AND I COULD DO A COMBO💀💀💀💀 its kinda easy tho) Edit: idk if u will see this so ill put this in watch later and monitor my comment.

I'd definitely recommend people just practice holding the handle in the pencil grip and just doing the ice pick open and close both clockwise and counterclockwise. If you think about it, the "whip" part is really just a sort of wrist pass but while holding it in pencil grip

I can’t figure out how to not hit my index finger with the blade during the actual whip 😢 I originally learned to do the trick holding the sides of the handle but I really want to learn it with my whole index finger hooked around the handle because it looks cooler. But I just can’t get a clean whip without hitting my finger

Try to do the trick as slow as you can so that you can really understand the motion and see exactly where it's hitter your finger. Then, gradually increase the speed till you reach full speed

i saw in another video that the fingers should not touch the blade while doing the whip but after the whip while doing the zen rollover it touches the index is that a problem?

Great question! After the whip, you're performing a normal thumb/zen rollover. If you're holding the safe handle before it goes around your thumb, you'll end up catching the bite handle so you wouldn't want that to touch your index finger as it will cut you. If you're holding the bite handle before throwing the thumb rollover, you'll catch the safe handle and therefore you'll be able to ricochet off your index finger.
