Sam Richards. He is a legend at Penn State. It is sort considered a right of passage at Penn to attend his SOC 119 class. His classes are livestreamed too on the SOC 119 channel.

But you can see how brainwashed kids are today because she is treated like a weirdo unicorn. When I was in college back in the 80s she would have been just an average student. The other kids would have been the weirdos. I have watched this lecture on his UA-cam channel.
When I was in high school we had trucks in the parking lot, students and teachers, loaded guns visible in gun racks, doors unlocked, and no one cared. Guns are NOT the problem. Society especially thanks to progressives is the problem.
Guns don't make the top 50 list of ways people die in America if you subtract suicide. Even with suicide guns still only account for .74 percent of death in America.
She was wrong about 1 major point. You can't buy an AK47 because it is an automatic weapon, a TRUE assault weapon, because automatic weapons have been illegal in America since the 1930s.
An AR15 is NOT automatic nor is it an assault weapon. That's pure media/democrat propaganda.
FYI Australia and Sweden don't have many guns but Sweden is near the top globally in suicide and suicide in Australia is as high now or higher than when they outlawed guns.

I was born and raised in York and have lived in York County my entire life. The fact that this student was willing to speak her mind in a college environment with a liberal professor and many liberal students gives me increased hope that this generation will come to their senses and see through all the liberal BS spewed by the media every day. People who live in my area, for the most part, are not afraid to speak their minds and this is proof of that. Biden and the democrats have been a complete nightmare for our country, but the one positive is that young people and minorities are slowly but surely waking up to the fact that the policies of the liberal lunatics are hurting them both financially and morally and are receiving a giant wake up call that they would not have experienced otherwise. The enthusiasm and support of Trump in the Bronx at his recent rally there is another example of how people are turning away from the left and their senseless policies and there is still hope for our country and the future of our children and grandchildren.
My father grew up in York Haven, and when visiting family there, Ive found that people are diverse but very kind, intelligent people with a great sense of humor and family. Bottom line is the morals we as Americans are raised with …the golden rule is a good basis.

Born in 1954 and have been around firearms all my life. My bedroom was my father’s firearm display room. We had firearms made from 1740 to until 1960’s. My chore was to dust to 50+ firearms. All showing the development of the firearm. My brother and I were both on our high school rifle team. My father and I coached the rifle team from 1952 until 1994. When it was dropped as a sport because the school rifle range was converted into the library. I continue teaching at area gun clubs still today. My brother turned to competitive shot gun shooting and has continued to win many state championships.

I remember some years ago, Project Veritas went to the people responsible for putting the no gun zone signs at schools and other places. They were asked if these signs really helped, why they don't have a sign at their house? They were asked if they would put up one of those signs where they live. They all refused.

At my granddaughter’s school all of the teachers and staff have gun training and safety training and have carry license and they have a weapon in each room locked up in case of emergency. Plus they have security. I can tell you it is an amazing school and it feels good knowing there are safety measures in place.

At 18:30, I think the professor was looking for the word "stereotype." And he should have capitalised on the fact that 2A supporters are often stereotyped as gun nuts while most are actually responsible folks.
Emily knows her stuff. This professor is great. I wish I had professors that interacted with us and not just lectured.
When you said, God people need to carry guns to stop the bad people. My cousin said they weren't having any children. They were married for 10 years and no children. My mom asked why and they said, "Because the world is getting so bad. We don't want to bring children into an evil world." I asked them, what will happen to our country if all Christians stopped having children and only the evil people with no regards to others had all the children. We need good to fight the bad because bad people only cares about what they can get and have.

This guy is great at getting people to discuss issues instead of just yelling the buzz words of the day. He's not out to change anyone's mind or views just getting them to talk and listen. The world needs more discussion and less discourse.

I’m 64 and would really like to take this professors class - More colleges should have more professors like Him - He has His students Critically Think - This is what More & More of these students Need to Do and Professors like Him need to have their students Do - Teachers Should Teach - Not Preach

Young people today probably don’t know this, but years ago when I was in high school, during hunting season every pick up in the parking lot had a rifle or two in the the rack on the back window! We took archery lessons, in gym we took gymnastics using a professional trampoline, balance beam and uneven bars. We walked several blocks the side of a highway to the bowling alley where we learned to bowl and since study hall was always scheduled after gym, we had 95 minute classes for the six weeks we bowled! In science we dissected frogs and had to pith our own live frog, did experiments using strong acids and propane fires! We knew these things were a privilege, so we did not abuse that privilege by harming our fellow students with these tools! The only thing that has changed is the maturity of high school aged children of today compared to just 40 years ago.
I do not have daughters, Emely is kind of my daughter and she is so courageous and honest girl.
