Please, do you know why the human genome appears with some nucleotide sequences of 'NNNN'? I learned that N is using when any base can be represented, but how do I get the original genome without these NNNNs. Thank you
hey . Im doing a research on STEC isolate . i will be assessingvirulence genes. i found some primers onine, however how do i know if they will work or not and also my expected PCR product sizes?
I have a primer sequence how i will know which part of gene is targated by my PCR 5' -CTA GGC GTT TGT ACT CCG TCA-3´ and T2: 5´-TCC TCA GGA GTT TAT GCA CT 3'
Dear people, I have not fluent in english statements understanding completely. So, i need to know about how to blast the 16Sr RNA sequencing for bacterial identification simply and fast. in BLAST ther is box empty and we can paste the sequence. still i know about blast and i would like to know after the pasting what i will do for the next. may i click the 16s ribosomal rna opt and would i click and write the bacterial species name or don't. can you please clear my doubts in this issue.
The way you explained it was very useful and simple. Thank you!
Thank you! That helps a lot! Cheers!
I used this video in the first semester of our freshman biology sequence at Ashland University - Bio 201
Thanks! Finally a tutorial well explained!

thanks for sharing this comprhensive video, it helped me a lot for my first lesson of bioinformatics!
Great video, makes searching much easier!

What class are you referring to in this video? Just curious.

Gotcha. I sure wish my old freshman Bio courses would have dealt with this stuff. That was some time ago, though.
YOU ARE AMAZING! thank you so much, god speed your wisdom
