After seeing the clip of High Noon failing, my buddy and I tested it. Turns out that Cassidy always aims at the middle of the body on characters, not the head where the skull icon is, that’s why it hit the ramp

To let the enemy know he's deflecting basically make the animation bigger bc if u were far away shooting a genji and it only showed the individual deflect you would probably keep shooting and get damaged in the process bc u can lt see the animation ukwims
It's because it'd be too hard to animate- in first person, the sword just changes angle on the screen, in third person the position of the sword would have to change in 3d space, which could look janky

Yeah, I don't know why they thought high noon could work exactly the same as OW1. If you make the game faster pace, the slower ult stops working well. Honestly high noon would be fine if it just worked faster.
@@bazzfromthebackground3696 They did buff it a bit. It takes less time to lock onto people and get the skull to appear in OW2, but it really doesn't make a huge difference. It's still a pretty bad ult and that's coming from a Cass main. They also need to change his stupid grenade. I know they are trying to get away from stuns, but I miss his flashbang.
'bout the High Noon: It's called Geometry. The gun is lower than your eyes. If it needs to end in the same point, but starts lower than your eyes, it's line WILL be lower than you line of SIGHT when it passes the ledge. Yeah, it seems dumb, but it's just Geometry, and it's pretty nice that a game forces you to consider stuff to this extent, IMHO. Though I do understand this may be too hard for some people.
They need to rework high noon extremely bad that is a terrible design flaw that it doesn't aim for the indicator that it is giving you. Makes absolutely no sense.

Mei is honestly a very good support DPS. High survivability with a solid team divider/ path blocker when used as intended.
