Thank you for your review and my wife and I are going on Celebrity Equinox for there October 14th sailing our first with them in Aqua Class on deck 11 midship port side for the 8 day cruise to the ABC Islands as well to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We are also going on Oceania and there newest ship Vista for 10 nights to the Caribbean on December 30th in a PH1 suite also on deck 11 midship also our first time experience with Oceania. Our TA stated Oceania is a step up from Celebrity but say not ultra luxury but only has 1200 passenger's vs 2800 with Celebrity. We are curious to experience the differences. Thank you again for sharing your experiences on the ship and islands. :)

We absolutely agree with you. We have never had less than stellar customer service on board Celebrity. We are definitely open to trying other lines but Celebrity will be tough to beat. Thanks so much for watching!

The crews professional customer service is why I stick to Celebrity! You're going to be disappointed on some other ships. Try Norwegian next.
