I realized I had no newspapers on hand so I had to quickly improvise and luckily found that paper towels also worked great with the gold spray paint to create great texture!

Tengo 72 años y empecé a "pintar" tras sufrir un infarto de miocardio 15 días antes del confinamiento el 11 de Marzo de 2020. Mi vida cambió de manera drástica, ni fumar, ni vino tinto y sin poder salir de casa, me salvaba vivir frente al mar y los tutoriales de pintura de UA-cam con Petra Tholken en su canal Kunstlerstreich y desde hace un mes contigo! Ya he hecho mi primera exposición y he vendido 8 cuadros!!!!! Gracias otra vez !

@@SergioAranda vivo el Carboneras, un pueblo de Almeria dentro del Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata. El sitio es un privilegio pues no hay aberraciones urbanísticas y un montón de calas virgenes! Y encima tenemos la suerte de que desde nuestra casa solo se ve el mar! También hago fotografías de los amaneceres ! Con algunas de ellas hice una Expo y vendí las 20. Eran muy espectaculares porque las amplié a 57x70 y una panorámica de 100x30 la he tenido que repetir 8 veces… la panorámica está hecha desde nuestro velero el Siri, pequeño son 7 m. Pero matón tiene más de 30 años pero es muy marinero… Otro de los mayores placeres de esta vida es navegar sin motor, solo el velamen!!! Somos gente afortunada!

@@SergioAranda Hola Sergio, yo estoy en Valladolid, vivo aquí por mi trabajo, he sido bailarina y ahora soy profesora de danza. Me llena muchísimo la pintura, siempre que he podido he dedicado tiempo a su estudio, pero mi profesión ha sido tan absorbente.. cualquier disciplina artística lo es. Ahora dispongo de un poco más de tiempo y son muchas las noches que me duermo viéndote trabajar. Me encantó el vídeo de tu día en París, que lujo ir a ver una exposición cómodamente desde casa, aunque es más bonito apreciar los trabajos de cerca, en buena compañía y si es en una ciudad tan interesante como París pues mucho mejor. Trabajé en París varias veces pero no aprendí francés. Bueno, ya te he contado un poco más de mí. Me agradó tu interés. Un saludo afectuoso
