I still think in budget to midrange cameras, Dslrs are better than Mirrorless. I switched to Sony from Nikon D7500, D850, 70-200mm, 200-500mm. All were used gear. I tried Sony A7Riv & A7iv and finally settled on the A7iv for the Real Time Tracking for Animals which A7Riv didn't have along with the 200-600mm. I have been on two trips with the mirrorless system and I feel like for the Single Point AF in viewfinder specially in tricky situations like bushes, branches, high contrast etc, Dslrs are superior to Mirrorless. Yes Mirrorless has all the bells and whistles like Animal Eye AF, Bird eye Af and so many features. Sometimes having all these features creates problems between taking the picture and choosing the right settings. And for Birds, if they are in bushes with close distracting background, its very hard to see the bird in the viewfinder if you don't have a f4, f2.8 lens which didn't happen with Optical viewfinders. And if the camera somehow focuses on the background then its very hard to get the focus back on subject unless you switch to manual focus or move the camera and focus on something closer. And you can't just rotate the focus wheel on the 200-600mm to get manual focus like on the 200-500mm, you have use lens switch or an extra button in the camera body. I still think the simple single point AF with no fancy features and manual focus with just twisting the focus ring gives a different piece of mind and ease of use and never running out of battery gives another piece of mind in jungles.
The A1, A9, A9ii, Z9, R3 are on different level though.
It takes a lot of time to get used to Mirrorless.
And it have it advantages too like Live Exposure Simulation, Animal, Bird Eye AF. Real Time Tracking for Animals and Birds.
For Human subjects i think all standard mirrorless cameras will beat the dslr counterparts but for wildlife i think theres still places to catch up with Dslr. The D7500 is a perfect budget wildlife camera.

Very nice channel. No fluff, no glitz & glamour. Simple straight talk. Speaking of Sony cameras, maybe the a6400 or 6600 will also work .. AF is supposed to be very good. Price of complete setup I am not sure. Maybe that is where DSLR will beat it.

Hi buddy, i am upgrading from a D5100. I like capturing birds and wildlife with occasional landscape so now i have planned to buy D7500 over the Z50. Right now i have the basic 55-300mm telephoto lens. But will upgrade to tamron 150-600 or the nikon 200-500.

Z50 will not focus on shadows for some reason.. it works fine in most other situations.. also the focus mode makes a huge difference.. AF-S works pretty well on the z50.. with every firmware upgrade z50 has actually gotten much better..
Really it was nice but after seeing this I totally confused🤔🤔🤔. Which one is good to buy mirror or mirrorless for video graphic and photo graphic. Please suggest with in 80k. Please which can use for both wild photography and personal use.

Have you tried doing AF fine tunning with mirror less cam.??
Bottom line is , the adapter will not help get best results, to get best results use native lens with the body which might be in most cases attracts more cost and investment as we cant overnight change our f-mount lenses to z-mount lenses. So till the time budget supports total set change, DSLR with f-fount lenses are the best combination who already having invested huge amount in such lenses. New photographers have scope to start with z-series , where they are in advantage position. Thanks

The Tamron 150-500 via the ETZ-adapter of Meike's works great on the Z50 - but only with camera firmware version 2.40 or lower! Nikon intorduced powerzoom support in 2.50, which seemingly breaks the Tamron support. Downgrade, however, is no problem, provided you still have the 2.40 bin-file at hand.

I primarily use Nikon d3300 , and planning to buy a new camera , choise was d7500 butat the store they recommend to buy z50. I basically do wedding and still photography , but I'm also passionate towards wildlife photography and birding.

i am already using z50 for a while now nd i am facing same issues with its kit lens 70-250mm....but i was also able get lots of good clicks with this camera nd now i was thinking about an upgrade in lens department bcoz i was thinking this is only issue with lens or maybe this lens is not that good enough so i was thinking to get Tamron lens 200-600mm but after seeing your video & doing my own research now i am in dilemma ...should i buy that lens or should i sold this camera (i don't know how much money i can get by getting rid of this.....) & if i am gonna sold this then other of your recommendation are way out of my budget......i don't know what to do please help me with this.......

Dont you think that this problem was with the ftz adapter? because later when you used viltrox one there was no problem.

Image quality wise d750 better as it is a full frame camera ,but autofocus performance is better in D7500 with 200-500mm

@@abhijitbairagya8105 While the creator didn't answer, I know now, it has improved, but it's still not comparable to Canon and Sony. If you have a budget, the best Nikon cam right now is zf. If not, go for Sony alternatives.

you should use nikon z50 with Z line S lens like 100-400 then you get better results from z50....... may be ftz adpter made some autofocus problem.....
I have used with the native lenses also they are not good in terms of autofocus than Sony and Canon.

I think Yes.. i recently bought Z7ii but i m struggling to get tack sharp images of birds using ftz and 200-500mm lens. As mentioned in this video, most of the photos are soft and not very sharp.. I feel very confident with my D500 and 200-500 and gives great photos most of the time
But i don't know how the mirrorless systems work with native S line lenses..it should be much better.. i heard z9 is a great gear to go to but it's super expensive

Not good .. go for Nikon D850
I am using a Z6ii with Tamron 150-600 G2. No issues. Z6ii is a great camera. The recent firmware update has defenitely made the autofocus work much much better. Incase you are going for a Tamron Lens, please ensure you get a one with the latest update to support Z series camera.
@@PhotographyTipsHindi D850 is a beast. But future is mirrorless. All updates from Nikon will only be on mirrorless. I have a D7500 and Z6ii both. There is no comparison with a full frame. Z6ii works great in low lights too.

Yes I agree that z50 is gonna be the dumb kid in the wildlife school, it's good for secondary or vlogging camera... for wildlife photography z6ii or z7ii are best , btw d5600 is also better than z50 in case of wildlife
Z6ii is also not good for wildlife ,I have used ,If possible I will also make videos of those combo.
Z50 would certainly not for wild life, higher end mirrorless are efforless, you have work on your techniques how to handle mirrorless
