Hello, I'm trying to flash my ASUS ZENFONE 5 A500CG in asus flash tool but it's showing 12345678ABCDEF as Serial number and stops in between when flashing and shows "check the detected serial number failure"
What do I do? Should I do this method you showed? Please help please

but in the flash tool even my mobile connected to my pc

hi my issue is that my phone isnt syncing with my pc so when i run the adb tool its telling me my device is not found any ideas how i can get my phone to sync to pc in the recovery mode?
