    over half a million for a small house with no pool , and nothing special, wow and in Port San Lucie...plus $500 a month hoa, plus more fees, fees that's crazy my friend...

      Have you looked to see what $500K gets you farther south in Palm Beach County or Broward County. You can barely buy a townhome in a decent neighborhood for $450-$500K . Single family homes down there are very old and yearly homeowners insurance is double of not 3-4 times the cost of new homes in Port St Lucie. I have lots of clients moving from South Florida because it’s super expensive to own a home down there

      @@mymaserati100stock4 it’s the current housing market on the east coast in Florida. Lots of people moving here from all over. The market may change but Southeast Florida is still a hot location . I’ve been a realtor for 19+ years and it’s not going to get cheaper unless we have a crash in the housing market but then this hurts everyone

    How much are the property taxes on this a year? You started to mention, but you never finished.

      This particular home has already sold . But best way to estimate taxes is take the purchase price and x by .21
      Then add the CDD fee on top of that.
      So this particular home would have been around $11,500 - $12,500 per year etc
