Awesome video guys . What a yummy looking roast !! Always a few slobs that ruin beautiful nature for everyone else 😔 Thank you for sharing your adventure !!
@rickbrown4039 glad you enjoyed it! Yes, we always pick up others garbage when we leave. It's a privilege to use these beautiful spots. Thanks for watching 😊
Great video, guys.. that prime rib dinner looks delicious 😋 . Your setup looked comfortable, and that stove was a great addition.. good choice!. Your coffee and breakfast were spot on to wake up with.. great job on another great video.. if our snow keeps coming down we won't be able to our house. Your hot tent and stove make a good alternative 🤣 Thanks for sharing your adventure.. see ya guys 😎
Glad you enjoyed it! Our setup sure has come together over the years. We are running out of space for all of our gear now that we are prepared for all 4 seasons LOL. Hopefully you guys get a break from all that snow soon! That's just crazy lol. Who pissed mother nature off? 🤣 Thanks for watching 😊
The temagami tower is beautiful I dona lot of camping and trips put that way! And have family in marten river.! My 2 daughters both at 4yrs old have climbed it now a few times!
Such a beautiful area. Its nice to hear you are sharing these experiences with your daughters. We plan to go back and do it while it is open. Thanks for watching 😊
Woke up watched your video an now I have to go to town get some pemalebacon an a roast BC I'm starving!! Lol I said it b4 your video's always make me hungry!! Lol
That’s actually really impressive that you guys pulled that off. I was thinking no way with that cut of meat… guess that rig really produces some heat bye’
Awesome video. Makes me want to try camping in the winter again. Haven’t done it since high school over 25 years ago in South Porcupine. Not sure I’ll eat as good as you guys. Hahaha
I’ve really enjoyed this video, love the winter camping.again the food looks amazing.you guys are real troopers, your channel has become a huge favourite.that morning coffee and breakfast looked delicious.(your tripod for your stove pipe,I’m not sure if you have checked it out, pick up some telescoping poles for it,makes for a fast setup.cheers to you guys and thanks for sharing.
Awesome video as usual guys. I like making yourshire puddings but my wife keeps insisting on buying the store bought one you just heat up , she usually wins lol. Like the roast gets well done because thats the way the wife likes it lol.Love those little Coleman ovens and the price on them has gone through the roof, bought one last year for $60 last time i checked one for someone asking was $130 ....in a year. Good complaint in a hot tent that its too hot. Lol. Guys that's another thing I like about your channel you keep it real like Rob said about the puddings if they turned out it would be a surprise but if they didn't we would see because it is what it is . Keep the videos coming guys and have an awesome week
Yep, we all give a little for our better half 😆. That is more than 100% increase for the oven! Wow!! Who knows we paid for it 20yrs ago lol. Thanks for watching. Really appreciate it! 😊 Have a great week!
@@pursuitforadventure I'd say about 5 years ago I was going to get one at Canadian Tire I think around $30 bucks but I figured wasn't any good then about two years ago I started seeing videos and realized how good they were
I've always wondered how much heat those firelogs would produce on their own. Like if ya threw a couple in before bed would they last for 4-6 hours and at least keep it semi warm through the night? Rob is the Jamie Oliver of the Canadian wilderness!
We've used the logs a few times now, and we get about 3hrs of good heat. After that they smolder up until about 6hrs but you don't get much actual heat. Our tent is a 12x12 so if you have a smaller tent, that might make a difference. Jamie Oliver, great comparison! 😅 Thanks for watching 😊
