  • Ingredients:
    Oil
    Onion Chopped
    salt
    Turmeric powder
    Ginger Chopped (You can use GG paste- GingerGarlic paste)
    Garlic Chopped (You can use GG paste- GingerGarlic paste)
    Curry leaves
    Tomato
    Garam masala powder
    Red chilli powder
    Coriander powder
    Prawnc(Freshly washed)
    Coriander leaves
    Procedure:
    Heat the pan, Add some oil to it.Let the oil heat up..Now add the onions saute it until it becomes golden colour/Tranparent...Add salt and turmeric powder to it as well and saute nicely.
    Add ginger garlic chopped/paste and saute it until the raw flavours of them goes away and then add curry leaves and tomato to it. Until the tomato becomes mushy saute it.
    Now add Garam masala powder, Red chilli powder and Coriander powder to it and saute it well add some oil to it and saute and close the pan with the lid.
    You can see the oil blends with the masala and comes out well,now its time to add prawn and mix it well with the masala so the flavours get into the prawn and add some water and cook it for 2-4 mins by closing the lid
    Now serve hot- You can taste one of the delicious simple prawn fry
