used to dislike road cycling due to arrogant riders. preferred to shred trails and jump gaps.... but yes, Melvin opened my mind to road cycling , that not all roadies are arrogant (which is true) and any adventure on 2 wheels is really worth the try that and my gang all migrated from MTB to Road..hhahahaha

i was there a few weeks ago (on motorbike thou) cause wan go tapau something in bukit tinggi i was thrilled about them paving the road but not too thrilled for the heavy vehicles delivering materials to the ECRL construction (thus putting off my return to sempah) lets hope they will pave it all the way up btw - i am 115kg and i know exactly how u feel going up that hill hahahahhaa
I look at your ride on Strava and your power for that climb was all over the place, probably due to all the filming. You should start climbing with power. Based on your current fitness level, try to hold 1.8w/ to 2w/kg from the bottom of the climb to the top. If it's a short 20 minute climb then hold 2.4w/kg. Good luck with the training.
