@Melchor Jr. & @THE TESTER TV have you tried using a HDMI extension instead of HDMI port while also using the power adapter cable for the stick? I find that my stick works when: 1. Connect to WiFi with speed at least 30Mbps 2. Uses power USB adapter cable instead of pulling the power from HDMI port on the tv 3. Uses HDMI extension instead of plugging straight on the HDMI port (as it seems that the stick will pull the power straight from the HDMI port if done this way, not using the power from USB adapter cable). If you have all of this but not working, can you try on your neighbor's or another TV?
Hi Jonatas, it turns out my TV doesn't have enough power to run the stick. I plugged the adapter cable for the Mi Stick to an extension instead of just plugging the HDMI port, then it worked fine
@@navaneethkrishnan958 Both, the HDMI and power adapter cable. If I use the normal HDMi port, it seems the stick will use the power from there instead of the adapter cable. But when I use HDMI extension, then the stick will use power from the power adapter cable. Sorry for the late response!

My Mi TV Stick worked perfectly for 3 days, than it started to Update version. The problem is that this update and its instalation never ends. There is no problem of power source nor bad contact in the HDMI port. I tried to use the Select+Backward buttons, but no response. I need a reset, but how to get to it? I think it ia the last try to solve this problem, it is to provide high volts to power inlet .. it might make be shocked on system. Sometime this kinds of crazy shock make it normal. Pray for my stick
hi guys, it happened to my device too. to solve just plug the USB power into the outlet and not on the tv. it worked perfectly here. it cost

Change the wire for another, some one more pro. Thats the problem, thin wire doesnt work.
