LSU is a team that can be a sleeper in the tournament. I still need more from Van Lilth , and the bench. Morrow was a great additional to the team , and Angel has been playing with intensity and focus !!!

There is just no way their slow defense will be able to defend IOWAs transition game. LSU won last year bc iowa was not ready. No one believed. Heck they they were happy for final four. It's different this year.
They didn’t play like this against Auburn.
I like the lsu players but i hate how the team gets so many whistles their way. Refs are defeating these teams confidence by being so friendly with the whistle when it comes to lsu. I dont see any other team getting those calls and that's BS.

@gnphillips5481 I'm talking about foul calls and putting lsu at the FT line. Shooting more FT than any team in ncaa by a large margin. They get the Lakers treatment I guess it's a purple and gold thing. Reese is gonna come in slightly outta control just throwing the ball and end up at the line. I like the players I just don't like the calls, it makes watching them annoying.
@gnphillips5481 also van lith is learning to play defense so she gets herself in foul trouble which I'm not mad at because it shows she's at least trying to become a better defender.
Angel reese playstyle get her to the line. It's like the team shaq played for gone averages more ft attempts. His paint presence. Secondly high profile players get the calls. Jordan's, kobe,harden,lebron, etc.. it's the game.. js
Iowa gonna kill LSU. Norrthern US schools seen to play a fast motion and long range shooting. Southern school seems more focused on height and ability to score. Basketball is more than scoring at the rim and being tall unfortunately. Iowa gonna outfitness LSU. They look slow I'm sorry. Dawn has her girls being stars and in top physical condition. She will probably win again even though I love IoWa and CC22 and what she has done for women's basketball. But Dawn understands that basketball is more than what happens on beer cans.

I just don't see this LSU team this year defending IOWAs transition. They look slow this year compared to last year. Even you can admit that. Hopefully they get their fitness up for the NCAA tournament. IOWA has been on a mission since summer 2023.
