I love how Mulkey is starting to rotate lineups for whatever the situation requires.
This team has so much talent that she is free to swap whomever is needed in a given situation. People need to stfu about HVL. She is excellent in certain situations, just as Poa is.
Poa was essential today for the press, which literally won this game for them.
Mulkey is getting better at finding the correct lineup for a given challenge.
And that isn't the only swaps we have seen either. Last two games Mulkey went HVL, Williams, Morrow, Reese, FJ for awhile. That worked out great. She also went Poa, HVL, Williams, Morrow, and Reese. which was also fire. She also went Williams, FJ, Poa, Morrow, and Reese which worked out too,
Like I said: The right lineup for any occasion.

Last Tear Poa needs to start. LSU is a better more imposing team with her running the point from the jump. Bring Hailey Van Lith in as the assassin. Hailey Van Lith can do like Jasmine Carson in the title game, but bring Van Lith in as a specialist but Poa gives LSU and edge. That behind the back pass was so controlled and precise as to be compared with the great Magic Johnson. She can go either way and her length makes her a point guard that you can't bother her court vision too much.

Finally Poa is playing more PG. No we Need to get Kent and Velez into the substitution rotation. Starters playing too many minutes.

HVL is already solidified as a player. All she needs is a championship. If she wants to win, she won’t care about coming off the bench. Idc if she starts for one possession and then put Poa in. HVL was always a 3nd option in terms of a real go to.
She got away with Znot having to play defense for a full game at Louisville.
The game in the WNBA is very different and HVL does not stand out at LSU who had a good point guard last year in Alexis morris.
Even Destiny Henderson is not getting a tin of time.
HVL is not at their level.
Her best shot is over seas if I’m being honest.
She plays to her ability but is oddly not very fit for her size.
Just not s good fit on this team.
