What a terrific double act! Peter challanges - provokes - Mike, and the result is they get down to the nitty gritty with a wonderful range of examples to illustrate the points made. The contrast between Max's approach and Mike's is really useful to student actors. Listen to Mike is my advice :-)
Fascinating to hear about Max Stafford-Clarke. I remember being very impressed by a G F Newman play "One Bad Apple" (I think) - it was choreographed, but now I see what Mike means.
