I'd say it's a good week. The Garcia is a decent alternative to the Robin's Call, the Masterwork Crossbow can put in some work for dedicated builds, and the Plus Ultra is an all around great shield considering it doubles your health (including mech health for Moze mains).

In addition to the stated bonus of absorbing bullets and increasing cooldown speed, Plus Ultra also has a hidden bonus of +100% to max hp. It can also roll the hp bonus stat, increasing bonus to hp to +110% or +125%. Ideal shield for Moze builds focused on piloting Iron Bear (bonuses to Moze hp also increase Iron Bear's hp).

The Cossbow and Garcia are very niche and mid, you have to craft very specific builds to make each work wel but the plus ultrais pretty amazing for action skill spamming or doubling the mech armor health. Good luck!
