I found that amazing that you let that squid go. I have watched thousands of videos of squid being caught and not once have I ever seen anybody put one back. That squid was absolutely beautiful.
If my gopro didnt shut down (over heat) on the swim back out to the rock i was getting circled by something rather large!!! Not sure if in the end it was this same whale thing or an actual huge shark! But yeah that dingy came around the corner and picked me up at the perfect timing!

Yeah mate! I was actually being circled by something huge , shark or that pilot whale, but GoPro overheated and shut off, so didn’t capture it! The boat came and got me just in time!

@@CavyFishing The Big black one is a false killer whale (tecnicaly a dolphin) whe have them here in Azores as well . the ligth color ones are probably humpback dolpins.
Yeah we need you alive mate! Also when swimming have a gopro attached to your chest so we can see in the water. Then later you can check the footage and see how close the shark got to nibbling you!
