Weasel: Skilled enough to get all the way through past the brawl, but I don’t know how well of a team player he is. Shouldn’t Maria, Brineybeard, Bon Bon, and Werner have some crimes under their belts? I never thought that Bowlboy would be a menace to society due to how he acted in season 1. I guess out of the three cups, Cuphead’s the one with the smallest criminal record, and Chalice gets the lightest sentence.
About the child abuse thing during Kettle’s sentencing, Cups and Mugsy have been confirmed by the Moldenhauer bros to be 18+ kidults, so Kettle has not committed child abuse, but he has committed domestic abuse, which can be a sentence as long as 4 years in state jail.

IM FLETCHER WRIGHT AND IM HERE AS CUPHEADS LAWER first breaking in to a cookie factory. They were under the influence of supernatural causes and sense they are young they need some compensation. But you can get pardoned or given the insanity plea if you are really lucky. But Execution gives you none of that chance.

The Cuphead Show is no stranger for the characters to commit heinous crimes. Cuphead being reckless as usual, Mugman almost did attempted murder, Chalice scamming and manipulating people with her charm and ghostly abilities, Elder Kettle almost killing Cuphead and Mugman in one episode, and so on. At least these characters are still great and wouldn't harm anyone on purpose, unlike the villains in the show like Cala Maria, Baroness Von Bon Bon, The Root Pack, Werner Werman, Ribby and Croaks, Baby Bottle, Bowlboy, King Dice, and of course The Devil! Although The Devil is obviously worse.😬😨

Cuphead: Leave out the biological warfare for peeling onions. Regardless of a chemical onions produce and it's use; to weaponize it by the natural item alone is not only improbable and even if it was, it doesn't even look accomplish-able given the time period and the items WITH the know how to perform such actions. I am also willing to wager either these boys are not in school taking traditional chemistry.

The only charge's I can see stick are any that involve him directly interacting with the world or by proxy through those he employ's.
Dice King: I don't care, He's like Metal Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog. Awesome and an Icon; but useless in person when reviewing what he has and the disconnect from the game world to the cartoon world.
Stickler: The old saying goes, innocent until proven guilty, unless the show depicts Stickler PERFORMING Heinous act's; it can be argued, strongly, that he's an accessory and from the way he act's and chats, I would consider him a lawyer or paralegal of sorts; he'd probably either get a light sentence and get out on good behavior or a light parole.... You cannot impose modern law on a time period that happened ages ago. It would be that same as the insane laws that human kind has accumulated over the years without oversight or moderation such as the United States Military having to help you CLAIM an island covered in bird shit that has yet to be claimed (and YES, this is a THING!) to the insane train law they have in Texas where if two trains meet on the same track, neither train can leave until the other one does without regard to their condition whether wrecked or unwrecked.
I stated earlier innocent until proven guilty, to RETROACTIVE a modern law on to a previous demeanor before it was put INTO law goes against this ENTIRE principal, as we learn from the now and evolve with it whether it an action for the good and bad of all things everywhere! If we we're still in the Era or Prohibition, would you arrest and trial EVERY person who has ever had a beer, bottle of wine, rum or flask of Whiskey and sentence them to possession?!
....... In short, or TL:DR, I don't agree with the list: I'm up in arm's about it. Either they need to be tried under the law from their time and era as far back as laws go or remain as the show treats it. If your going to punish the kids/cups WITH modern law, then they need to meet with Juvenile convictions instead of adult ones unless they can demonstrate their ability to be emancipated from Elder Kettle or that their actions we're deliberate after understanding the consequences. There is a precedent, more than one in special cases, where a child around the boy's age has been treated as such for their crimes from hacking systems with a computer to lord knows what else, though I don't think such exists during their time yet. If there is, then I would agree with it; otherwise from the way they ACT and CONDUCT themselves, I would treat them as juvenile criminals until they come of age to be moved elsewhere in the prison system.
If UA-cam was RETROACTIVE in half the stuff they do, I'm confident there would be a lot of videos removed by now from not only this channel for some of the title cards and their content, but other channel's as well from art students just needing a spot to host a video.... Or all of the Angry Video Game Nerd's video's as I'm sure his voice of profanity wouldn't pass if he was a new youtube content creator STARTING in TODAY'S world.
